Fancy and modern Apartment

Nice house.

There is no power backup. There are frequent power outages even at midnight. It was a very tough time for me with my baby at this place. Because the power cut and lots of mosquitoes are there. The floors were not clean. There was pipe leakage in the cylinder i was boiling my milk and all of a sudden pipe caught the first. Thank god i ran to the kitchen and just turned off the regulator. Care takers are not responsible at all for anything. If you need any help he just tries to run away from that. Also the property owner is money minded. He doesn't understand the situation of yours. Also what they have mentioned in the amenities you will not have half of the facility at the place. very bad service and horrible experience of mine with the property. I don't recommend anyone to book this place if you have a small kid. Please don't go with the picture of the flat.

I stayed at this independent apartment with my husband. It was one of our best homestay experiences so far. The host was also helpful and always available to help. All amenities were available for guests. Best apartment in patna. Will visit this apartment again when in patna

This place never ceases to amaze me, my 2nd stay at this property and feels like home already. To be very honest the services were enhanced from the last time, had a great stay and again the owner of this property mr. Prakash is a sweetheart. This guy appears with a magic wand, if you need anything he will make that possible for you. This has become my permanent stay whenever i am coming to patna. Very family friendly and infact very much safe for female solo or group travellers.

Overall my stay is great. Property looks exactly same as in pictures. Prakash ji is very good perfect he has arranged early check-in for me which is so nice of him. 5/5 experience

I never expected things will be so soothing for me, the property is very new with top notch standards of amenities. Be it look and feel of the entire apartment and connectivity to various important locations in patna. And the icing on the cake was mr. Prakash, the owner of the property. His hospitality and helping nature blew my mind. He is a gem of a person and will try to help you the extreme level possible if you need something. Had an amazing stay here and for sure coming back again and again.

Host has maintained premises better than most of hotels in patna. Rooms are specious. Main highlight is open spaces amazing lighting.

This property does not have : 1. Power backup, and electricity outage is frequent. 2. Clean utensils and no support staff is available. This property have: 1. Maid for room and kitchen cleaning. 2. Nice private balcony for walking and excercise. 3. Air conditioned bedroom with kitchen facilities.
