this is a 35 acer property host Sam an Satish are very very very polite and helpfull guys especially satish very kind person i highly recommend this place for family and couples my next stay in kodai will be surely in this homesaty breakfast here is excellent (idly sambar chutney) you can order lunch and dinner through swiggy zomato from (hilltop woodland Farm House) this Farm House is owned by the property owner. Chennai meals is highly recommend quality and quantity is 5 on 5(1 meal 1 guy can eat 3 times lol)trust me you won't regret choosing to stay here.

i recently stayed at a beautiful farmhouse, and i must say, the experience was outstanding! the room and atmosphere were absolutely excellent—peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming. sathish, the supervisor, made our stay even better with his fantastic service. he took care of every detail and was always ready to assist with a smile. his kind gestures and attention to our needs truly stood out. i highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a memorable getaway. a must-visit!

Property is wonderful, we are so happy we got to stay at farm house. Host is really nice to show us around. Food is also very tasty. Do stay at farm house if you travel to kodaikannal, this place offers lot to explore and give us wonderful views and location is on hill very pleasant and nice for photoshoots. it’s just 10 min walk to kurunji andavar temple as well and 3km from the main bus stop.

The property was beautiful, located in the peaceful location. Mr.Satheesh , Sam and other staffs are all very kind and always there to help you. Their reception and hospitality was heartwarming . The morning breakfast was very good and tasty. The property and rooms were maintained neat and clean. It was worth the money.

i went to this place with my old parents. it was such a nice experience. breakfast was so good. near to kurunji andavar temple is a plus. each room was like separate cottage… green lawn, quiet place. overall 5/5
