Property was good but staff was very rude. Food quality is very poor, restaurant team was not able to serve the food on given time.!

Stay was good, room was also good. Dinner was below average. Staff was not communicating well. The games room had broken racquets and was very congested

The property is located in a prime location with plenty of scenic beauty. The staff is very courteous with a pleasant smile specially addressing the guest "hukum" in the traditional style of the rajputana region. Visited ranakpur jain temples and stayed at this property for 1 night. Service by the staff was excellent and very courteous. All the facility in the room were on perfect condition and very clean. Dining hall was beautiful and dinner served expensive but good.

Rooms, great true heritage style, food awesome location wonderful our stay was peaceful. They arranged for leopard safari also.

Staff is good but it seems that they are more dedicated towards foreign guest. Food is according to foreign guest rest all ok no independence day celebration at resort. Overall it was ok stay

The staff and service at the reception were goodneed to improve spread, quality and serving time for breakfast. We stayed for 3 days, there was no breakfast buffet available and we were given a limited choice of options. In request we were served fruits and cereals. On the second day, there was a minimal spread with no english items on the menu for foreign touristsalso the eggs took much longer to arrive and there was no option for us to toast our own bread which meant wait till you are served. Plus we had to ask for r. Dinner was good but breakfast was pathetic

Heritage look, neat& clean, very courteous staff, good quality food. Very near to jain temple. Good for family or group trips.

The swimming pool was fun. The rooms were clean. Food was tasty. The staff was nice. Had a great experience.

Good gentry. Food is good, although very limited options in the menu. Room has old world charm. Functional, but not upscale. Ac did not work well. Shower is mediocre. Overall, had a comfortable stay. Loved the ambience.

We stayed at the quiet property for 1 night. It was easy to miss from the road at night, but once inside the property the hospitality was extremely courteous and warm. The rooms was spacious, clean and comfortable. The food was good as well. All the staff members were polite, cordial and keen to help. The property is cosy but has enough space to find a quiet corner and some pretty views from the terrace.

Enjoyed the embience. Food. Etc. Hospitality was also very good. Only thing rooms are very small. It should be given attention. Overall v enjoyed the property.
