Fateh Villa, The Luxury Boutique Hotel

It was terrible. There was no AC, no cleaning, poor hygiene, AC was not working. we suffered whole night. Toilet seat was broken . The worst experience ever. No breakfast even though we paid for the breakfast.

No comfortable atmosphere for family. no servise properly.

The rooms are made pretty. Everything else is pretty poor. The shower was not working and even the tap was barely. The toilet seat was broken. They did not clean the rooms during our stay. It is a cheap hotel not a luxury boutique.

I stayed with my family in two rooms for 2 days in this hotel: pros: near to jaisalmer fort cons: 1. Bathroom fittings broken for both washrooms like pot seat in a pathetic condition, bucket filled with dirt, wash basin broken, etc 2. Only two items served in breakfast- sandwich and poha 3. Not worth for money at all. 4. No cleaning services provided.

We have never been to such a shabby place and to top it, the owner didn’t bother to answer our calls after we raised the issue with him. Dirty linens, dirty washroom, cigarette on the floor we first checked in to etc. We were later moved to a so called ‘Exclusive’ room and the issue was the same there - dirty linens, low water pressure, cold water on tap etc. We spent around 2.5 hrs to get that cleaned by the staff there. We checked out of the property a day before but we weren’t refunded for this experience. Really l, really terrible.

I stayed for 2 days in this hotel from 18th to 20th December and had a terrible experience: Pros: 1. Near Jaisalmer Fort Cons: 1. No basic amenities in terms of cleaning, Mineral Water,etc 2. Bathroom fittings badly damaged. Pot seats broken for both washrooms. 3. No parking Facility. I parked my car in the 4. Only Poha and Parantha served in the complimentary breakfast. 5. Electric cattle and TV were non-functional in one room. Not worth for money at all. They are befooling guests by overcharging money for their rooms.

The worst hotel. With entry gates as narrow as 4 ft. You cannot even take your jeep or sedan car. I had to book another hotel grand khalifa. Which is worth the price. Don’t stay here horrible

Good rooms, well equipped, cleaan n hygiene. good food quality. However, staff services not up to the mark and not at all professional. Staff asked for extra money or water charges even though all the charges, water n food were included in my package.

Not at all worth of 11k price tag. Just for fort view, they are charging this amount. Service is horrible ideally no service, just sandwich and poha in breakfast.

Very neat and clean with beautiful architecture and near to main places of jaisalmer. Absolutely amazing property with fort view and special the hospitality is superb. Thanks to vishal ji for everything ( complimentry foods and drink (non alcoholic.

Food was of below average quality. The toilet flush and wifi were not working. There was no elevator, hence you have to walk for 4 levels to reach the restaurant.

Very poor service, no staff, no tea in rooms, no brochure in rooms how to connect at reception & restaurant, no staff at reception. Awe check out. In bathroom no flush working, yesterday ordered food that was not good so not taken breakfast

Property location is ok but parking issue would be there in case of suv. Limited option in breakfast. Food quality is not so good.

Nice stay with great location. Staff behavior is too good. Property owner is awesome behaviour. Enjoyed a lot.
