Fazlani Natures Nest- The Wellness Retreat

This was my second time at fazlani. But this was a special one where i took my parents along for a small but well deserved vacation. The property is beautiful, well kept and very clean. Each staff member extremely helpful and kind. A special shout out to the restaurant staff and the security guard (very regretful that i didn’t ask for his name) who tirelessly stood tall - always helpful and smiling. The restaurant serves amazing food - all of our personal preferences were always taken into account. Wonderful server - suman - took such good care of us and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. One special incident comes to mind where my dad was looking forward to have some kulfi after lunch but unfortunately the kulfi had melted due to a refrigerator issue. The staff was so apologetic! and went out of their way to make up for it - which we never asked for - they gave us complementary desserts almost every meal! we were blown away by their hospitality and their sincere efforts to make guests happy. It has now become a very special memory for us as a family - as we were surprised by their constant genuine efforts to make our stay wonderful. We had the best time with the hive restaurant staff. Thank you suman & all other staff that kept catering to our family. The rooms were impeccable, housekeeping kept the place very clean & neat. The location is stunning - the activities are fun. My parents - who are senior citizens- enjoyed walking around, interacting with the animals - geese, turkeys, birds, horses & goats the spa & massages are also wonderful. We had a lovely time. And will always recommend fazlani to friends and family.

Great stay! short drive from mumbai. Beautiful atmosphere with villas facing hills and a natural water body. Farms and domestic animals add to the peaceful experience. The only major feedback is that they did not have enough options on the all day dining menu. We checked in after lunch hour and the only restaurant on site had limited options. There was no room service as well. If i were to come back i will make sure i pack enough snack! the staff is excellent - mr. Shyam and mr. Rakesh do a fantastic job managing the restaurant. The staff at floral tour and horse riding were brilliant too! very courteous and customer focused. Overall it was a great experience!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at fazlani nature nest, and i must say, it was an unforgettable experience! from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with warm greetings and a refreshing drink. The check-in process was swift and efficient, which immediately set a positive tone for our stay. The room we were assigned was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could wish for, was simply breathtaking and made our mornings even more special. The housekeeping staff was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our space remained clean and comfortable throughout our stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and well maintained property that is just an hour from pune. Lots of activities as well as places to just chill and relax. Food was excellent as well. The staff was very courteous and helpful. My kid is already asking when we can go back

Nestled in tranquil location, breathtaking view of surroundings landscape. Food dinning option were diverse, with in house farm fresh sourced ingredients. Resort has lot of kids based activities along with wellness spa. Only cons is room size is too small for family

We stayed at Fazlani Nature nest for 1 night it was fantastic experience. Property is very well maintained and staff is quite helpful, There are many activities like horse riding , hobby studio where kids can have good time.Highly recommended

Very good place to relax 1. Lots of activities for kids and adults 2. Very good food and services 3. Rooms are neat and clean but not too spacious. 4. Cycling swimming and trecking was the best part. 5. Birds feeding n goat milking was enjoyed

Stable overall, excellent. The property is beautiful. The food is of top quality and good customer service as well. Will definitely like to revisit the place.

Property is well maintained. Very humble staff. Only problem is there is no room service. At least this facility should be given to senior citizens.

Resort is very neat and clean maintained. All amenities are perfect inplace. Restaurant is food is very good and very higine

Great Property. Secluded and Very Quiet. Food is decent but can be alot better in terms of spread considering the price they are charging. House keeping is good but needs to improve on execution speed.

The property is quite huge. It is the best for toddlers and kids. The only problem is jain food. But otherwise, a must visit place. Dine

Stay was very good and staff was very polite and helping nature. Only issue i felt was related to breakfast where they are keeping all cakes etc which are in open and lot of housefly sits on same. It should be kept in enclosed box.

The property is beautiful. We booked a premium suite with lake view. It was fantastic. The room decor and design and the view was mesmerizing. The buffet at the restaurant needs to improve. The quality is good but not enough variety.
