We had booked a room for 2 nights (Friday check-in and Sunday check-out). On Friday, we informed the representative that we would check in early Saturday morning, and they confirmed it was fine. We arrived around 5 AM on Saturday. Unfortunately, the lift was not working. The room itself was clean and satisfactory. At around 11 AM, we inquired about the restaurant, and were told it would open at 12 PM. That was acceptable. However, during checkout, the receptionist claimed we had to pay ₹500 for early check-in. We clarified that we had already booked and paid for Friday night, so our check-in at 5 AM Saturday was not early check-in. The receptionist eventually agreed. But a few hours later, we received another call again asking for ₹500. We had to explain the situation again, which was frustrating and unnecessary.

Though the hotel was at great location, has a great roof top resturant, and had friendly staff the rooms and restrooms are infested with coackroaches. I had to change rooms and ultimately leave. The owner didnt refund me for the night I didnt stay in the hotel.

Terrible experience. The room was completely different than on the mmt listing. AC/TV nothing was working. There were cockroaches running in bed. Shifted 3 rooms and none of them was worth staying.

businessPro - Clean ,Good rooms and bathroom.Working Ac and tv with pre loaded apps . Quiet neighbourhood with shops in neighbourhood but sometimes can be difficult to get cabs/auto.. Cons : breakfast is served at 8.30 which is too late for working executives and lingering cigarette smell from previous guests. Can’t ask for more at this budget
