Femina Hotel

I am visiting this hotel for last 24 years I stayed here for 4 days The room decor is same which was 24 years back Toilets needs to be repaired. service is good staff is cooperative over all good hotel centrally located near market the femina shopping mall is good

location good. rooms are old and no proper breakfast and service is very poor. Nothing great to stay. we will not recommend

Room was cozyvand spacious. Swimming pool was neat and tidy. Food was very good and children friendly. Overall had a comfortable stay

Maintenance is very poor especially bathroom area. Location of the property is good Service is very bad Food on an average

Hotel Services were excellent. Staff at the reception were very helpful. Food facilities were good

Room is comfortable. Wash room is not upto the mark. Poor service. First day 17th their receptionist behaviour is rude.

Rooms were not kept ready( towels , water bottles, soap were not kept. Poor room service . Not worth for the money I have paid

The property needs an upgrade of its fittings. Leaky shower cubicles and water all over. Bathroom tiles need descaling. Linen feels damp most of the time

Pros:Polite and respectful staff Cons: Photos in the makemytrip website are completely different than the actual rooms alloted. Roomes were old and dirty. Bathrooms were dirty. Unclean floors and furniture.Dirty Towels. Room service takes more than one hour . As we tried calling the reception to inform about the late check in, phone calls went unanswered. we were calling for more than twenty times from 5 pm in till 11 pm. No answer. Decent and budget hotel for families if neatness and cleanliness is not a concern Pros:Polite and respectful staff

Front office person is so rude and don’t have any manners how to treat the guest.Even at 10.00 pm instead of 12 as per the conditions for check in they have made us to wait for 45 minutes. Very poor treatment.

They collected extra bed charges even though I booked . Sofas are too dirty. Foods are okay and decent stay for a family

Rooms are very unclean and sofas, bed covers, bed springs are dirty and worst in condition

Maintenance of the rooms are very poor and need to improve. Sofas and screens are very dirty, springs in mattress seems to be lost their elasticity. Balcony areas are very dirty.Located at prime area.

Good food at their restaurants , lifts were faulty interrupting mobility to room. Laundry service very fast

Worst stay …. lifts not working and morning no hot water .. if u check out early morning no support from front desk .. totaly it’s worst to stay

Check in was ok. Room was good. Bathroom needs to be clean. No service personnel to attend Restaurant ok

The stay was pleasant overall. The food was great, and the ambiance was really good. Everything was fine, but the housekeeping service could be improved in terms of speed. A bit more attention in that area would make the experience even better.
