Everything about Ferrera Resort is good but hotel needs renovation and rest all. looks. good

near by to station 20 min walk or auto near by.. rooms are okk..... road side

It was excellent stay at hotel. Hotel staff was cooperative. Location was also good.

It was a booking to meet the need for the hour. The staff was very soft spoken and cooperative. The pictures gave an average look. Though the rooms were clean, they require a proper maintenance. Unfortunately, the fans were not functioning for the whole night, the air conditioner was also not functioning upto the mark. The curtain rods on the window fell down thrice during the night with a slight touch, by God's grace not on my head.. The building needs to be well - maintained to attract customers.

It was great experience. And also a good location with peace. And food is also a good. Staff is quite good. Location is also a great because of peaceful and main market distance.

ok stay for the price given . Breakfast was also good. Stayed for just a night and got a last minute booking since it was off season

It was very near to lonavala railway station. All amenities, food and services were good. Prompt solution of problem was done by staff. Easily accessible to Main road.

It’s not worth the money paid. It’s just a normal hotel stay with a normal bed and not at all resort which the hotel is named as resort , I don’t deny the service . However the money you are spending can Be used to get a better one . Don’t know why it’s certified by MMT

property is very old but neat and clean and service was good ,with no kitchen facility only the breakfast is provided and from noon you can order from online food delivery app

need some development Like: 1. At least one chair and one stool should be in one room as well as the bathroom respectly. 2. For heavy luggage to the 1st floor one boy is required. 3. The overall hotel is needed to . need some development Like:
