It was a terrible property and I would not recommend anyone to go for it. Walls full of seepages, bathroom doors doesn’t close, shower doesn’t work properly, room windows are very dirty with dirty curtains and many more issues.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel right at home. Truly the highlight of the hotel!

first things first: it's a very ill-maintained property. rooms stink and the walls have swollen damages because of water retention..location is superb, in the heart of Gurgaon. but it's not meant for large groups. we were 15 of us, and had booked 6 rooms but couldn't really use any place in the way we wanted. The staff was accommodating as well. The food and the service was average. The ground floor didn't have any refrigerator so whatever we needed we had to do it from the first floor which was tiring. Most chairs outside are broken and not enough lighting as well. overall, with many improvements they could charge higher as well but with this, I'm not sure the bad outweighs the good

In past 5 years, this has been the best experience for me. there was a date change request putforth, Mr CHARCHIT (OWNER / MANAGER) was quick to support. the room is clean and spacious. The TV is provided with OTT access. it's a nice cosy place to stay with pool table, outdoor sitting area and big lobby giving u a bunglow vibe. the caretaker GANESH was too sweet to support on small things great stay overall! - Aumkar

I booked something i got something else. The rooms are terrible, ac and water heater was not working in the first room that i got which got replaced later, they took clothes for laundry saying that they will give it back ironed next day but when we asked they gave reasons saying that their staff is sick and cannot get the ironing done. We ended up ironing ourselves just before we had to leave for our business meeting.

Quiet residential neighborhood, easily accessible and great food. Excellent support from staff especially mr brijesh.

The stay was wonderful and absolutely worth it for the services and luxury provided. The staff was extremely helpful and the treatment i got was excellent.

The property and location is fantastic. The staff is very helpful. However, the only big disappointment was the rooms. 3 rooms that i was shown were in extremely bad condition. The walls had seepage, ac not working and water dripping from the ac and the wall in one of the rooms. The place badly needs some work and it is far from what is seen in photos. Rest, the stay was good thanks to mr. Charchit and me. Ganesh. Done.

This was my third stay at garnet house, it is my go to place for a homey yet luxurious stay. The quality service is outstanding and the ambience is amazing. Always enjoy a stay with garnet.

A great gesture and hospitality and management by the staff specially by the manager made my stay very comfortable. Room was neet, clean and luxurious. Gym and billiard table is also available. Highly recommendable to all types of traveller.

It is a great hotel in a very good area. It punches way above its price. The cleanliness is top notch and the service is outstanding. The common areas are brilliantly done and would not feel out of place in a 5 star hotel. The rooms themselves are very comfortable and extremely well appointed. I loved my stay here. And a special thanks to the staff. They were genuine in their approach and exuded warmth in the way they treated me.

I had a really good time at garnet house, the manager ganesh was extremely helpful and provided the services in a quick manner

Staff was nice and helpful just was little problem that i had was the ac was not cooling enough but everything else was nice
