Nice Property But Poor Management

Our recent stay at this property was quite disappointing. The amenities were below average — even basic toiletries were not provided. The bathroom had a serious maintenance issue, as shower water spilled all over the floor, making the entire washroom slippery and unsafe. This can be risky, especially for families with children, and should be addressed immediately. The housekeeping was inconsistent — there was no daily room cleaning or change of bedding throughout our stay. The restaurant experience was also poor; the tea quality was extremely low, yet the pricing was comparable to that of a 5-star property. One major inconvenience was the guest lift. It was not out of order, but deliberately kept switched off by the staff. They only turned it on when guests requested, which is unacceptable — especially for those staying on upper floors or carrying heavy luggage. A functional guest lift should remain available at all times. The front office staff showed no sense of hospitality — no greetings, no smiles, and an overall indifferent attitude. The only person who truly made a positive impression was the security guard, who was humble, polite, and very helpful. Overall, I would rate this stay below average. The management seriously needs to improve maintenance, staff training, and guest service standards to offer even a basic level of comfort and professionalism.

Overpriced Stay with Broken Promises and Disappointing Experience

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, paying over ₹5000 per night, and my experience was deeply disappointing. Despite booking more than 45 days in advance and being promised a deluxe room of approximately 250 sq. ft. with amenities like a seating area, slippers, and a bathrobe, the reality was far from it. We were checked into a room that couldn’t have been more than 80 sq. ft. The bathroom was so cramped that the shower was practically over the toilet, leaving no room for basic comfort. The seating area and promised amenities were nonexistent. This was not just a matter of inconvenience but a breach of trust. For the price we paid and the advance booking, we expected the hotel to honor its commitment. Unfortunately, it failed on every front, leaving us feeling frustrated and cheated. I cannot recommend this hotel and would advise others to proceed with caution when considering a stay here. Transparency and honesty should be a priority for any hospitality establishment, and this experience clearly lacked both.
