Flagship Dehradun ISBT

Terrace room was given to us but it was raining and water was coming inside the room no soap towel was given. But they give there vehicle when i had to pick up my friend from isbt early in the morning that was very helping.

They don't have manager, the care taker or i should say servant run this hotel, make my trip is the worst application, promised for breakfast but they don't have kitchen

water drainage problem was in wash basin, property is nice as is location but cleanliness and maintenance is not upto the mark.

No phone working. No tv working. Smell in the room. Due to see the facilities. Need full return

Horrible stay charged extra 250 rupees in cash and told me to complaint to makemytrip if i want to. The mattress was soiled, bedsheets were stained and walls had drainage problem. Not recommended

Hygiene was very poor and no safety standards were there, improper washroom no gyeser was there, door lock was not proper there. No tv was working there and the behaviour of owner was horrible. He asked me to pay 200 rupees extra otherwise said to cancel the booking and find another. I had to pay the amount then very bad service by make my trip

The bedsheets are not clean. Not expect this becoz breakfast is not available in the room and the room was not cleaned

Booked room with breakfast but they denied it and its an average room.

hotel is good but tv not working cleaning is not good but staff is good all over i will give 2 start to staff behaviour thank you

Rooms are fine however lift is not available

the stay was awesome. hotel staff was supportive with friendly nature. rooms were cleaned.this is all what we need in a good stay.❤️

The room was needed up, smelled bad, was not the way it looked like in the pictures at all. Had m wasted ny money for nothing had to checkout from the unbearable place in more 4 hours (

The only problem which i faced was demanding extra amount and denied booking by hotel staff. I have already paid the booking amount but when i checked in hotel staff refused to take the booking. Saying i have to pay 300 rs extra if i want to stay at the hotel. They don't consider booking.

I have raised request for change my booking date for next day but not resolved.

They dont have kitchen still mmt is charging for rooms with kitchen.

Rooms were not clean. Location is terrible. Support staf is useless. Waste of money. Looks like cheap hotel

Tv not working, fan sounding like teak teak tak. They are breakfast not providing but us but they took money for for breakfast with room rent.

One of The worst hotels I stayed in my life. Hotel putting rules no visitors are allowed in day time. In washroom either The flush is not working or shower nozzle is not there and no mugs are given. Very poor service
