Hello stayed for a night on 11th May , the villa is nice but the manager of the villa and the caretaker both were not upto the mark . The manager didn’t provide right location we kept wandering for about an hour . The caretaker was cleaning the pool when we arrived and had no clue about our booking and demanded a deposit amount which we didn’t pay as MMT didn’t hv any such clause . Secondly check out time was 11 n he was on our head from 10am giving signals to vacate . Villa is very good and worth staying ( don’t except a working kitchen and any hotel close by meals are available on call which I was aware of and had carried my options as I traveled with senior citizens and kid ) . The name of the villa listed on MMT and actual name are different . The neighbouring villas were noisy through the night until 3am and nothing was done about this . The bedrooms are king size spacious bathrooms and below average toiletaries. Don’t recommend family crowd here .

we have reached at propert before 1 hour there was no one after 2 pm still there was no one we stayed at property washed pool ourself , villa also after calling mmt they send someone to serve us after 5 hour he came and gone in 1 hour there was no water next morning we used water by bucket and bath everyone it was terrible day of my birthday i inquire about this management by servant working nearby bunglows & villa and found that sahil sayyed do this all thing intentionaly as we are hindu he taking care of muslims and if client is hindu he ignore all this intensionaly
