If you are booked for a seaview room they don't give u,the room condition is very but if u need a good room they charge double money.

Hotel location right in front of beach roads are narrow reaching is bit difficult from main road hotel cleanliness is good not the best. Budget stay for 2 days is ok

flipflops shack and cafe is a gem that i find myself returning to time and time again. nestled by a beautiful beach, it offers breathtaking views that instantly soothe the soul. whether it’s a sunny afternoon or a serene evening, the sight of waves meeting the shore sets the perfect backdrop for a memorable experience. as a regular visitor, i can confidently say that the squid here is an absolute favorite—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and a dish i look forward to every time. beyond the food, the ambiance truly comes alive at night. the gentle glow of light decorations creates a magical atmosphere that makes every evening feel special and intimate.

i recently stayed at flipflops shack and cafe beach resort and had a very good experience. the food quality is impressive, and they offer a variety of fresh dishes. my personal favorite was the squid – cooked to perfection with great flavor! the view from the resort is simply amazing, especially during sunrise and sunset. watching the sky change colors over the beach was a highlight of the trip. the ambiance of the resort is also very inviting, with a relaxed vibe that perfectly complements the scenic surroundings. overall, it’s a wonderful place to unwind, enjoy good food, and take in the beautiful ocean views. highly recommended!

The location was good but the cleanliness was not that good. And service was average and the amenities were that good

The ground floor we stayed in was stinking with some rotten smell. The floor in our room was very sticky to the feet. Seemed like they never cleaned the room properly. The only positive was the view and nothing else.

Property is nice. Decently maintained. But received stinky pillowcases, bad food and absolutely no service. Maybe lean period but no excuse for complete absence of hospitality.

It’s totally different from the picture uploaded 1. No tv 2. No ac remote 3. No plates 4. 3 hrs late it’s should be 1 to 11. 30 we checked in at 4 5. The wash room very smelly.

Room beach front in mahabalipuram, food is good and the guy works named prashant also great, i have stayed for 2 days, food was also good

It's a proper shack bang on seafacewith basic amenities, don't expect three star facilities restaurant is good but price is on lil bit higher

It's a beach accessible hotel with a beautiful beach view and fishermen boats. I give 5/5 for its location. However, cleanliness and maintenance of the property could have been better. They do not provide water bottle. There is no hot water for bathing. Overall it's good stay and great location.

Flip flop rooms are not maintained well. And the food is good but very much costly. Only positive thing is beach. You can enjoy the view. Other than that it’s not recommended for couples and family.
