This houseboat is on nigeen lake and this is the only place where you should book a houseboat if you want to enjoy the best houseboat experience. This is really heavenly. The balcony area gives you the most beautiful view of the lake and serene mountains and hari parbat. Right next to the boat is a huge lotus garden which blooms every morning and the view is once in a lifetime experience. Service and hospitality is top notch. They'll serve you fresh and delicious meals thrice a day. The boat is so well maintained that it feels like a palace. Really an amazing experience. Highly recommended and we'll surely return for living this heavenly experience again. P. S. The owner is super chilled and the attendant is an elderly man who's really sweet and caring. We loved it so much really.

The boat is parked in nigeen lake away from the hustle of dal lake and is particularly recommended if someone wants to have a calm atmosphere around. It was clean and the view was superb. We spent considerable time in the balcony area enjoying the cool breeze. The drawing room is spacious and nicely decorated with comfy sofas and a lounge bed. The bedrooms are also comfortable and there is a king size bed along with a single bed in every room which can easily accommodate a family of four. The food is basic though homely and for any other specific requirement you have to inform the owner who stays in an adjacent boat. The owner is friendly and will share interesting antidotes about the lakes and houseboats. Overall a great place to stay for a day.

It is a cute houseboat parked beside an island in nigeen lake, so the only connectivity with the land (ghaat no. 2) is through a 4 minute shikara ride. They have their own shikara to take you to and from ghat no. 2 and also arrange for a ride through dal lake. We met young man adil, a beautiful person by heart, who took us to dal lake and back in his shikara. The owner of the Floating Heaven Group Of House Boats is very helpful who arranged our car to sonamarg overnight. The houseboat serves buffet breakfast and dinner which are basic and expensive, but you will love it when clubbed with the lovely dining experience on a houseboat. If you wish to stay away from the crowded dal lake houseboats, then this is a good option.

We stated for one day only. The house keeper, the owner of the boat are awesome. Mr yousef the house keep looked after us well. He. Ade food for lunch, dinner and breakfast. Dinnwr food was tasty. The boat house is around 10 mts from al shake-era ride gate 2 from main road. In the afternoon and in the evening vendors for kashmir jewelery, shawls, ladies chudithar materials with beautiful hand made embroidery, wooden carvings, came and we bought so many things from them. They are having better finish and price than market price. The sun set viewing from the balcony is awesome. I recommend for any one who come to stay in boat house in srinagar.

We checked in on the day 1 of our trip to kashmir and while reaching the ghat at 12pm called the house boat owner to send the shikara, however got to hear from him that checkin is only at 2pm and nothing can be done, so requested if we can have the lunch and by the time we finish it will be near checkin but he said they don’t serve lunch l. So we were left with no option but to wait for 2 hrs at the ghat. Thankfully i had the cab so we left for lunch nearby and came back during the checkin time. Post checkin it was a decent stay and their food was limited but home cooked and good in taste. Overall it was a pleasant stay there.

I am so glad that i booked this property for my stay i reviewed all the house boats and this one had quite good reviews but i was still skeptical until i visited the place. This house boat is owned by people who are into this business for multiple generations the chief host was mustaq he is a amazing and genuine host and will go above and beyond to make your experience worth while. As of the houseboat itself it is better then the pictures shared and as is the experience provided by the host. I will highly recommend if you want a peaceful enjoyable houseboat experience.

Stayed one night at the houseboat on 9th august, 2023. Had included breakfast in my booking. Stay was very pleasant. Was picked up from ghat no. 2, by their shikara in the evening. Arranged for a shikara ride after taking rest. The houseboat was charging rs. 500 per head for dinner, which i felt was too high, so chose to have some light snacks at the floating market during the shikara ride. A loo parathas were served next day morning for breakfast. This was very tasty. August is a hot month in srinagar. Since there was no ac we did make do with fans.

It's been outstanding, the houseboat is 5 star in cleanliness, superb and courteous service by Fayaz, Mushtaq bhai owner courteous too, highly recommended for staying and relax, home made food available even at 5 am in the morning Fayaz was ready for service, after a disappointing stay at Agra provided by MMT assured this stay at houseboat has certainly won our hearts, MMT has no credit to be applied, they still have never replied to my complaint, almost one month has passed, all the credit go

The houseboat is at nigeen lake which is less crowded than dal lake. The sitting area is well decorated. The bedroom is spacious and clean. The mattresses are clean too. The food has limited options but is delicious. Overall, a heavenly experiance at floating heaven

The boat is well maintained and clean. Staff is extremely courteous. Food is amazing. Only downside is the mattress Of the double bed. It's bit hard and can give you backache. But considering this is the houseboat, you can't expect the luxury Of a 5-star. You can get a Shikara ride priced at Rs. 500/here. It is way calmer than Dal Lake and the view is stunning. Overall a total value for money.

Houseboat is wonderful. Owner of houseboat is royal person. Feel amazing on this houseboat. Really, missed that time spend on houseboat food is good, well-maintained, well-cleaned, 24 hour water available rooms are excellent. Whole house boat is designed in a beautiful way.

The houseboat is at Nigeen Lake which is very serenic. The view from houseboat is fabulous, peace calm; Sunrise sunset awesome. Highly Recommended.
