I stayed here for one night and the owner and staff are very welcoming. The service is really good. They also have air conditioning in the room and the interior is really pretty. It was a really nice experience overall. Special thanks to danish for the hospitality and extra effort that he took to make sure that we are comfortable and not in need of anything. He also arranged a cake for us on short notice and setup the dinner table. So special thanks for that as well. I would really recommend this houseboat if you are looking for good service and a view from the lobby area. Thanks

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Floating Luxury Group Of Houseboats. Everything about the Floating Luxury Group Of Houseboats was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I had a great time staying under the purview of this group as a tourist. They have arranged everything, that you worry the least. The accommodation was excellent, right from the food, which includes the special kashmiri tea and different dishes of kashmiris recipes

Rooms were nice and spacious excellent management staff is good and polite amenities on the board was exceptional

There are more numbers of room and the room was very clean and amazing services and the lake view was very amazing. It's the best spot to enjoy time with family and friends

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, rooms were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.
