nazim and danish were too good, helpful,the rooms were elegant, were warm and they also ensured hot water through the steamer, bukhari even though the water was frozen due to the harsh winter. very very hospitable people, breakfast was decent, they helped us in arranging for wazwan, the cleanliness of the toilets and lighting & decoration inside the rooms are with kashmiri art & craft, sufficient numbers of blankets in layers were provided. will come back with my family & stay again here, we stayed during the harshest winters but still they ensured that we acclimatise and don't feel the pain at all.safest experience and more people should come and stay here.. shared images. shared images

I found this beautiful location as per customer reviews given on mmt. My experience was also amazing. Nazeer bhai is great person and great caretaker, home cooked food was simply amazing. I met with owner hanam and he was also very supportive and explained about whole kashmir itinerary very well. Very nice experience at this houseboat.

We recently stayed on a houseboat that exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room was equipped with both air conditioning and heating, making it perfectly comfortable no matter the time of day or weather. The AC was efficient, and the heating kept the space cozy during cooler nights.

We were hosted by floating luxury group of houseboats, and hospitality was too good. Mr. Showkat was very kind and gentle and was always available to respond to our queries. Food was super delicious and was vey apt for the cold weather here. Overall, our stay here was vey good.

Stunning houseboat with beautiful location and history. We were kindly given a tour by the trainee manager who was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his work. All staff were very friendly and the room very comfortable especially with the garden patio

The property is truly mesmerising with impeccable service and food. Mr showkat make our entire trip he was phenomenal at his job from restaurant allocation till check out everything was seamless. Overall the stay was great and we shall definitely visit again.

The weather was was quite gloomy and nice. The service was one the things that i loved we were served by saif who constantly looked after us during breakfast and dinner. We leave our stay feeling happy and satisfied.

Living in floating luxury was a dream come true. Everything from front desk and staff were polite and helpful. The location and picturesque view were just awesome. The f&b including restaurants were excellent.
