Housekeeping is very good. Word of appreciation to aadil, danny and e by for going beyond the mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I specifically quote a soft remark that i made on the servicing need of ac unit and i was impressed to see it done by evening when i was back. To all travellers to cochin, go ahead to make a booking here and enjoy a convenient stay.

Pros : 1. Friendly staffs 2. Clean room & toilets 3. Large parking space can accommodate around 8 cars 4. Accessibility is too good to reach aluva railway station, main road. 5. Many storage options to keep our belongings. Cons: 1. Being a kozhikoden, i didnt like the food they served especially briyani and friend rice we tried. Rate of food cheap. 2. You cant find good food options outside of this Flora Charishma Residency Aluva. Felt at night its not safe to walk where all shops closed around 7.

If you are looking for a place not far from cochin airport or aluva train station, this Flora Charishma Residency Aluva is it. Comfortable beds. Good pillows. Cleans rooms. Decent bathrooms. Restaurant is currently closed but even when it was open before the pandemic, it was nothing to speak of. Food options are plentiful on zomato and swiggy and the Flora Charishma Residency Aluva allows outside food. Hotel is also couple friendly.

Spotless clean Flora Charishma Residency Aluva, prefectly furnished, clean linen, ample room space n spacious bathroom. Centrally located nr aluva railway station and 14km to airport. Highly cooperatiand professional staff. Very good breakfast and restaurant rates are also resonable. Hygienic preparation. Only their check-in timing is too late and 9:30 pm last order n before 10pm dining is odd for business travellers.

Location of the stay is excellent. It is near to bus stand and railway station. It is near to great restaurants. The staff were courteous. I did not have food at their restaurant so i cannot comment on that. The room was spacious and the bathroom was good and clean. The checkin procedure was quick. They have 24 hours reception which is good because i had to checkout at late night around 12 midnight.

I stayed there on my way from mumbai to calicut. Just to spend a night with my daughter. The Flora Charishma Residency Aluva was very clean and neat. Very cordial reception staff. It was very quite. The room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed every bit of the stay. Wanted such a room for myself

Room was very spacious and so clean. We (family including kid) took the stay in the Flora Charishma Residency Aluva as next day morning we had to reach rajagiri hospital. Hospital is just 5km away. Enjoyed the stay and it was very comfortable. Couldn't try the breakfast as we left early.

Overall okayish Flora Charishma Residency Aluva with parking available. Clean rooms with open and spacious washroom. We paid around 3100 so not that value for money but this is very close to airport and on the way to munnar so access is pretty easy. We didn’t face any issues as such.

the overall stay was excellent from the food to their overall service from arrival to check out. all perfect. highly recommend if anybody is travelling to aluva or visiting rajagiri hospital. they have an underground parking which is helpful

Here we got 150% more value to the money we paid. Rooms are very good, staaf is great and breakfast was very good. We initially planned for one night stay but then chose to stay for one more night on our way back from munnar
