Initially we faced problem reaching the Florence B&B. We were very exhausted but our stay was managed by mr. Pawan who was very helpful and cooperative. He took care of all our requirements and managed good food and comfortable stay. Would only reccomend this Florence B&B because of mr. Pawan. If you plan to visit this place please contact him. Great balcony view of the mountain, rooms are clean and maintained.

We love this place, the stey here was very comfortable, just 3 min walk to ridge-and mall road jakko mandir is also very close, specially staff of this Florence B&B is very polite and humble( vikram ji very supportive and nice person). Highly recommend to all as it's a new property every thing is very tidy. Whenever i come again love to stay here. Bye bye shimla

The place is warm good and we'll maintained. Staffs are very helpful and kind. The location too is excellent. Must book if you looking for a place close to the shimla's mall road and beautiful places nearby.

Nice & clean room, staff was very supportive near mall road. Bathroom was very clean. Over all it was very nice stay at florence Florence B&B. Mr. Pankaj was very nice and supportive.

I had a great stay at florence b&b with my family for 2 days. I will recommend this to others as well in future. View was awesome from the terrace and quite spacious for 4-5 persons.

The location was mesmerizing. We had room with balcony which was cherry on top. Every place is easily reachable from the Florence B&B. We enjoyed our stay.

property was neat and staff was helpful.they arranged cab for pickup and dropping heaters provided. 5 mins walk to Mall road overall iam satisfied with the Stay.

Everything was good except wifi. Wifi was not available. There are monkeys everywhere. Just make sure to travel without food in your palm

Great location and great facility. The only problem is that the Florence B&B is on top of the hill so a bit difficult to reach by car.
