Fly Inn

I was on a short time stay there. I had a flight in morning 6 am and took this Fly Inn near to airport, viewing in make my trip. I went there very tired to sleep almost at 12 in night. The lift was not working and i took a ac deluxe room but ac was also not working. Worst experience both from Fly Inn and make my trip. I am a platinum member of make my trip still that was no use. I called mm t and they asked me to go down and handover the phone, then i have to take stairs and come back to 3rd floor where there is no ac. And later the mm t executive told me it was just power failure and will be fine in 1 hour. That 1 hour din happen and i enquired in the morning to some nearby room guys, they don’t even have a lift working and they don’t switch on ac. And later in night the executive was telling me to book another room late in night spending again. Very rude attitude. As i was tired and exhausted i stayed there and in morning to airport i carried my luggage all the way 3 floors down. Great service by mm t.

Overall pleasant experience as i wanted to stay nearby airport. The facility has started in 2022 so infrastructure is new. There was no intercom in my room so i had to go to reception every-time i needed something. When i inquired they told none of the rooms have it, so i wonder how do they have intercom in the room images posted by Fly Inn. Staff lacks training and basic understanding of the fact that hospitality is a service business. There is no indoor kitchen, they bring in food from facilities near by. Overall - safe, nearby airport facility with new infrastructure which lags in inhouse services.

Pros the food was superb as was the hospitality. The property is recently built and clean. Closest economic Fly Inn to the airport. Cons slight issues of power as the power backup takes 50-60 seconds to kick in, during which all your running appliances stop. The Fly Inn falls in the airport zone of uber which makes it an issue for booking a cab from the Fly Inn. You can't book an o la at all as the pickup location automatically shifts to the airport terminal. The local taxis charge 3x the ola/uber price. Though, with a little luck you can find cabs at ola/uber price.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Fly Inn. Everything about the Fly Inn was exceptional. Overall experience was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I reached at midnight 12 still Fly Inn staff manoj helped me allot he provided me whatever i needed in minimum time rooms were good clean and washroom was also up to mark only thing troubled me was elevator which is too small and some issues with electricity but that guy manoj was always ready to help whenever we called him 5 stars to the Fly Inn staff

The rooms were quite clean and tidy. But the toilet was used and didn't flushed. And also in the morning there was no hot water in the shower. I just stayed for 10hrs only to catch my morning flight but some other guest who was there since 3 days told me that he never got hot water. The staff just say tomorrow which never come.

Hotel room is neat and clean. Hot water shower is available at night, perfect for staying if flight to be board at midnight. Easy to get a cab from the Fly Inn. Hotel is located on the highway very near to the airport. Hotel does not have restaurant but you will find just 2 shops away.

Fly-inn is located very near to the airport, it took hardly 10 min to reach. Room and bathroom are small but clean. No lift services is a drawback. Also the linen is not clean including the towel. Staff is very helpful. Good restaurants next to the Fly Inn is an added advantage.

Location is very close to the airport. Nearby restaurant is also very good. Overall it’s a good choice for a transit stay.

Dinner is good, room is also comfortable, staff politely behaved, nothing much because of some hours i stay there

Room is very narrow basic requirement in Fly Inn room isn't not available service poor no trained staff this is a like hostel

The people at fly inn were great, easy to communicate with, really fast to respond, the food was amazing and the service was one of the best i have experiences. I would highly recommend this place.

Staff cooperative. Helping wheel chair person though lot of steps while entering Fly Inn. Neatness, cleanliness inside room was awesome. Good sleep checkout support good check in process simple but felt following to be taken care: no intercom ph to connect

Though the room was small it was clean. Very near to the airport. They did not have a restaurant and had only tea and coffee. We booked a taxi which did not turn up at 4 am

The Fly Inn authorities we're very cooperative and professional. We stayed here only for a night, but didn't face any problem whatsoever.
