FOCUS CLUB AND RESORT

I had a great stay and food experience at Focus Club resort. The property is literally on the high way. Food was fresh and Dehati Chicken is must try..

The person is not good, the booked room didn't provided, also he has to pay extra every step he demanded mony.

The locations of the hotel is good but to make things better I need to make some points. 1. There is no swimming pool as seen in the website of the hotel. 2. The cleaning of the rooms are not done properly. 3. There is no intercom facility, every time you need something you have to call through your mobile no. Though a table phone is there in the room. 4. AC is not working properly. 5. Food prices are high. 6. Complimentary breakfast does not have much options. 7. The same item is served everyday. 8. They do not have dining place, to have your food you have to go to their restaurant. 9. Service is good.

Very very excellent hosting ,staff is very calm and compose, hotel is in good location near m s Dhoni farm house.

room was not up to mark there was damping on the walls and floor was too much slippery bedsheets were also dirty but food was good but accomodation was really a bad experience

The washroom was not clean and the manager's behavior was also not good and card payment was also not accepted

Did not like the receptionist at all. Just want to make money somehow. Bad bad wifi cannot even send whatsapp texts. TV doesn’t work. Noisy when it rains.

The place was nice & peaceful. especially i liked the greenery there & enjoyed the feel of nature . Food was like homemade. i must suggest to visit once.

Stayed for One Day..Unique Experience received..The staff was too good. Excellent ambience with additional it was just besides The Great MS Dhoni Sir's firm house. If I visit again we will again

I had a great stay! The location was perfect and easily accessible. The staff was polite, the room was clean, and the food was tasty. Would love to book again!

Rooms were neat and clean. Staff are very co operative. Over priced place. Food quality and taste was good. In bill they added items which i didn't order. But rectified later. Overall an good stay.

Excellent ambience, great location, lovely food, well mannered staffs and great stay

1. Rooms are quite small 2. They do not change towels or bed sheet. 3. Did not clean the room even after informing them while going out in the morning. 4. Bed not big enough for 3 guests. My booking was for 3 family members. 5. The resort rented out for a ring ceremony of another guest. A number of rooms were rented out to the group. 6. The resort allowed this group to play extremely loud, thumping music to be played till 12. 45 am in the night. 7. The music was stopped only after we complained about it to the reception. 8. The receptionist's requests to stop the loud music was not heeded. 9. It was only after we complained to the resort owner that the music was stopped. 10. It is mentioned that the resort has free parking. But parking was allowed inside only after 11. 30 pm in the night, due to the above mentioned party. 10. Food is good. 11. No intercom connection. 12. So to ask for any basic thing we had to call them over mobile or walk up to the reception. 13. During our 2 days of stay, we faced water problems, tap running out of water, on both days. 14. Water supply to the taps were restored after we complained. 15. Only 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel were provided for 3 guests. That too was not changed even after we requested for fresh towels on the 2nd day. 16. Only 2 cups were provided in the room for 3 guests. 17. Tea, coffee and milk sachets provided in the room were for 2 guests, but we booked and paid for 3 guests.

Stay was comfortable, but food wasn’t that good, also no network in the room. Light cut off in between.

Excellent everything staffs amenities cleanliness at the peak i have check in 50 plus hotel across india this will be top 3

Rooms were not as big in superior deluxe need renovation in rooms rest food is good and place staff are humble

Focus is banquet hall and not the resort. It's not hygiene at all. Phone is not working. Power backup is not thr. Food is pathetic
