Forest Canopy Thekkady

Our stay at Forest Canopy, Thekkady, from November 8th for two nights, was a fantastic experience. The resort is uniquely built into the mountains, creating a beautifully maintained and serene property. We booked a two-bedroom unit, which was not only stunning but fully equipped. The balcony offered breathtaking mountain views, adding to the tranquil ambiance. The activity room was average, but our kids enjoyed playing table tennis in the open indoor area. We appreciated the convenient internal transfer service provided by the resort’s vehicle, making it easy to explore the property. The resort itself looks wonderful, with lovely architecture and a well-maintained, albeit small, pool with a fantastic view. The mini-gym could use some improvements, but the overall experience more than made up for it. The front desk staff warmly welcomed us, making check-in smooth and pleasant. Room service was prompt and met our needs, and the entire staff showed a great sense of hospitality. The highlight of our stay was the restaurant. We had a complimentary buffet dinner, as well as à la carte lunches and dinners, and were thoroughly impressed with the food quality. Being vegetarians, we found the meals here to be the best on our Kerala trip. The South Indian breakfast options were especially delightful. The restaurant staff were incredibly attentive and added warmth to our experience, with their thoughtful gestures and active service. A special thanks to the restaurant team for making our stay extra special. Overall, our stay at Forest Canopy was truly wonderful, and we highly recommend it as one of the best resorts in Thekkady.

The staff members were not only professional but also genuinely friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any request made me feel like a valued guest. The culinary experience was equally impressive. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with a perfect balance of local flavors and international cuisine. It was a great experience to stay in this resort. We loved the hospitality of the staff. We felt like we were in our home. The food is superb. To be very frank i didn’t expect such great food that too in such a small town. But this resort is really awesome wrt to everything- the stay, food and service 5 stars for that. We loved the fact that they allowed us to order ala carte even though they had a dinner buffet. I generally love customised food and thanks for making that happen. Highly recommended and definitely worth it! will visit again soon.

Forest canopy Forest Canopy Thekkady luckily upgraded our room to delux room that was so amazing experience which was absolutely wonderful staycation over there. Despite the amazing stay the restaurant services by the general manager ram, and manager naseeb, sebin, binisha, rajkumar and even the chef varun sir asked us the taste of food which he served wholeheartedly that was too good gesture. Hoping to come back from gujarat again for this staycation. Thanks all for such good hospitality keep going !

Nice staff. Good breakfast. Plants planted nice. Big trees also attractive. Spa fine. Indoor games also useful. Room tv, a/c, hot water, brightness bathroom, sight seeing balcony all fine. Arrangement for reaching room with car also fine. Provding umbrella, drinking water also useful. Place for peaceful and timepass. I recommend 100% satisfaction here.

The property is located at a wonderful spot. It is well built and gives you the feeling of staying amid-st the forest. We had booked the cottage which was perfect for our family. The restaurant and car service both were excellent. The staff is extremely courteous and ensures you have a pleasant stay.

Very natural setup, but very easy access. Extremely courteous staff. Nice size rooms with good bathrooms. Good game play area including a court for badminton. Views from room patio are great. Buffet could be better, but ala-carte food specifically indian is good.

Property is a must stay property with delicious food, courteous staff. Gives a feeling of forest. Very picturesque view from the balcony. All services were there which a person on holiday needs. I will give their food rating as 110/100

Great forest location, with misty view in the morning. Although it's not suitable for elderly as you need to walk a couple of steps to reach your canopy. But overall experience was great with good service.

Forest canopy was literally like a treehouse Forest Canopy Thekkady. It was very nice and exceeded our expectations. Dining options were limited but very good. The staff were very hospitable.
