Hidden jewel. We got 5 star resort location with a simple clean experience. Ordered food is yummy inside the resort. We had a confusion between city hotels vs this. We're happy that we selected this.

Basic amenities like dustbin, water bottles were not provided. Tea kit and dent-ail kit not replenished. For each and every thing we need to ask the reception multiple times.

I did not go. Cancel-led my trip due to some personal issues. It is very bad mm t did not allow for refund or change dates. Next time i have to look for other alternatives. Thank you

Location was excellent between the mountains but away from main roads. Food was not so great(expectations were high seeing the review. Rooms were good but do not expect hotel ambience. Swimming pool was still under construction, which was most disappointing. Overall was good for the surrounding ambience

The resort was perfect with breath taking views and clean and tidy rooms, except for the complimentary breakfast, which had very minimal items and it's an order and serve method.

familyI stayed at GVS club for a night stop over on the way to Ooty. The rooms are nice and well maintained . The best part of the saty was outdoors though. This club has a cricket ground with mountains around it like New Zealand ones have !! Morning and evenings both are beautiful and serene. Food part of the stay was a little iffy but thanks to “Tamil” our saviour who manages all the aspects including checkin , breakfast and dinner we managed to coast through. The gvs team could do well to focus on the food department and make this a five star experience… note: this club is getting a new foyer and restaurant soon and that will make this place a real treat !!

businessHad a beautiful stay for 2 nights and had a cricket match at srp cricket ground. The food was really a class above. And the hospitality shown by lily madame was top notch. Kudos to their dj too
