The place was decent with the staff also being helpful and nice. The rooms were clean and the top floor had a good city view

Location and property is good. It would be good if they can improve a little bit of service and serve food on the cliff with some music(during evening. In house services are a bit costly.

The worst experience we ever had. The hotel owner is a very irritating personality he is a owner cum receptionist cum waiter cum manager everything. They even do not serve water to the guests in the room. You urself have to fill water from the RO.😕😕😕😕. The flush system is pathetic drainage is not proper. Food variety is not available. Only few options are available in buffet. Even they have served us sweets Gulaab Jamuna some expired one. We have changed our stay after one day. I will never recommend this property to anyone .😕😕😕

Stayed here for two nights. Wonderful view from all the rooms, great property with good quality fittings, good and polite staff too. But what really needs improvement is the house keeping department and to an extent the food and beverages dept. Room bedsheet and towels were not changed after daily room cleaning. Got to know that they do not serve choice of food in room for dinner, instead one has to take their buffet. This seems to be a bit too imposing when u don't have any restaurants or delivery services nearby. These two things need to be addressed, and i am sure they will then become good to great.

If you are looking for one of the best properties to stay in any hill station india this is the one not only it is built at a very convenient place which which is right in the middle of green hills. It is a resort in real terms you have got pool table badminton table tennis cycling and enjoy all the activities in the middle of a nature but the best think is the management and the owner of the property which would go 10 exam oil to make your very comfortable the food is great and if you like the feeling of royalty you must visit this place

Service of the hotel is not good. Rude staff and slow service. Staff was not accommodating and cooperative. Resort doesn’t have lift, not suitable for elderly people. It also doesn’t have proper parking, they disturbed us many times for parking. Not worth the money.

Good location, wonderful view from the balcony, food was good in terms of quality, the variety could have been added more, well maintained and staffs were cooperative especially mr amit, being a great host!

Although the hotel was decent but it lacked everything that differentiates a good and an average hotel. The bathroom only had soaps, there was no body wash, cream, slippers, quality towels etc things that make a guests stay comfortable. The room did not have a mini bar. I also faced some issues while checking in because of not having rt pcr report as i only had a single vaccine shot. It was no where mentioned that rt pcr is required. The state travel guideline does not mention anything like that. We were also misinformed by the manager about food options and therefore we ended up taking a buffet dinner which was very average. We were told there were no other options outside of the hotel and that we cannot order in room so we had to go for buffet. This was all not true. Also we were told that we can only order veg buffet or non veg buffet for both people and not a combination(1 veg and 1 non veg. We chose not to fall for the same deal again in the morning when the manager offered breakfast buffet for extra charge.
