She handled her duties with grace and made the check-in and overall stay seamless and pleasant. The property is small but rooms are good with good amenities. i personally liked the uniform design of stuff. It was ethnic and trendy at the same time. The staff were courteous and welcoming from each one. what i like the most is i was single women travelling and they have the vanity kit for them. which was not a big thing but of course the thoughtful one. the breakfast menu was great even the best comparable to one of the finest properties. overall I will recommend it for stay for family or business travel. looking forward to staying again.

Excellent property with the most courteous staff you will ever find. Mr rohit wilson, front office manager, along with staff juhu and malkeet, deserve special mention for extending all possible support during my stay, including room upgrade to a club room. The breakfast spread was more than adequate. The food was absolutely delicious and bursting with flavour. Well done!

Enjoyable stay for 4N/5Days from December 25 to 29. Top class housekeeping service. Very warm welcoming front desk staff including two beautiful girls Juhi and Mahak who are highly professional and dedicated towards their work. I also appreciate the conduct of Mr Rohit. Quality of food, room amenities and service is their main focus.💖💖💖

I was looking for a clean and hygienic place of stay during my business trip. I found everything professional at all the points. The staff was trained, rooms clean with clean linens, food is good and waiters respond well. It is a small unit, only thing that i missed was open area or a small lawn for walk.

The stay was good, reception, services and the breakfast spread was great too, we had a small issue with house cleaning which was delayed but the guys in reception sorted it out after checking for few times, overall we had a pleasant experience

Excellent property with lavish breakfast spread. The front office manager mr rohit wilson, along with ms juhi/mr malkeet, has a very customer centric approach. Festive credits offered by property is also a very good initiative. Well done!

Good experience but they must improve the quality of the bathroom toiletries. They give local quality razors and dirty towels

I found this Fortune Avenue, Jalandhar - Member ITC Hotels' Group ambience good and hygiene, also there is a backdrop of noise leak from other rooms. Sometimes one find it is your room getting knocked. funny.

Receptive and warm team. Eager to serve. Comfortable place. Good location. Enjoyed their breakfast too.

Hotel location is good. Food quality, service and room amenities are also great. Stay was very comfortable.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff was very cooperative and kind. The overall experience was wonderful.

Good location. Close to model town & jyoti chowk markets. Good hospitality of the staff specially the guards at the entrance. Rooms are ok, not extraordinary. Overall experience was nice. Food is good.
