Old Property and Rooms, Not as per the image, House Keeping no response, Room Dining Fruits not Delivered, No welcome drink, buffet dinner No choice of Roti for us, despite it was available for foreigners, Toiletries not available, no hand towel was kept for double occupancy, pool gets closed by 6 pm in 5 star hotel which was surprise, room view was poor and given on low floor despite requested long back. too expensive dinner but limited items, Omlette ordered dosa given, etc etc

Property location is great, nearby to all tourist attractions. Breakfast spreads are so good, we had a baby with us, without any hesitation the chief chef provided us the baby food like soft idlis, musk melon purées. Hospitality is excellent, rooms are good, bathrooms could have been better but no complaints, would love to visit again

Check-in could have been better managed. staff were courteous. The rooms allocated were 127 & 129, but had fixed glass panels overlooking corridor outside, compromising privacy. The access from lift to the rooms takes one a full circle of the first floor, poorly designed. The food spread was meagre, but service at the restaurant was decent. The property appears to be more than 10 years old and showing signs of wear and tear and in need of refurbishment.
