Extremely efficient and helpful staff, i appreciate the services of miss mehak and mr imtiazul, taste of food is outstanding, if you wanna stay in khajjiar than stay only at itc for-rune only don't think twice just book it, building is old and taken over by itc and renovating it, bathrooms are ultra clean and renovated with full pressure of hot and cold water, staff is highly trained and always sure to make guest comfortable buffet breakfast and dinner variety is good and tastes always relishing, range of bakery is also good, dal makhni was at par with dal bukhara no complaints at all

Best and most beautiful property to stay near khajjiar lake. Fortune never disappoints and stay was super cozy and staff was excellent and courteous. We were given an upgrade even without asking as they took notice of small kids with us. Highly appreciate mr. Rohits hospitality. Food was excellent and super delicious. Once again best location, quite, serene and very well managed. Will definitely come back again.

Very nice Fortune Khajjiar - Member ITC Hotels' Group. Courteous staff. Clean rooms. Prompt service by in room dining staff. Excellent outside views were visible from my room. On a scale of excellent, great, good, ok and poor, the complimentary breakfast was good.

Nice property but till it’s under construction like paint & termites treatment and the play area & gym is not working staff was really nice food was amazing one of the staff anurag he was lovely really nice person. Hope we go again very soon

Stay was very comfortable and Fortune Khajjiar - Member ITC Hotels' Group staff was polite and nice. Chef deserves extra marks for being so good. Food was so good and homely that we didn’t have to order separately for our 3year old.

Location is very mesmerising near by the khajjair lake, chef dinesh is the best. He attended us nicely and suggested the best food options and their duty manager was so cooperative and humble
