The hospitality and service was amazing. Although I got hurt as there was a piece of glass out there in the room but the medical guy was called in a very short time and even the General Manager was present to access me . verall the place was amazing and the food was fantastic. Enjoyed my time out there and for sure I will go there again.

Valet parking staff was not good, there was bird droppings on driver side door handle and windshield was also not clean, I asked them to clean it but they didn't. The bird droppings were there after parking the car in the hotel parking. The rest of the hotel staff, like restaurant, reception, room service etc, all gave their hundred percent.

One of the lift was not working. Gym’s ac was not working either that room was boiling even though i turned the ac on and waited sometime. The gym just had dumbbells the other machines were of no use and not working. Breakfast was worst didn’t had any variety, the cashews had insects walking in them(i told this to staff aswell). Fridge was not working at all even though i got it replaced but still not working. Most importantly the cutlery part , i called and told them to bring 3 glasses which took them 20min and 3 calls to deliver. The same thing happened in the evening aswell. Just empty cutlery they took so much time.

Terrible Stay

It was very unprofessional and terrible stay for us. The air conditioners were not upto the mark, the staff and service was extremely poor. When we asked for cold water, we were informed we shall be charged for the same. Where as in summers cold water in offered even to the strangers. There were several power cuts lasting for a long period. Would never recommend this property to anyone. Neither will i ever book the same.

I must say, the experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was definitely the food. Both breakfast and dinner were exceptional — a perfect blend of quality, taste, and variety. The breakfast spread offered a great mix of continental and Indian options, all fresh and flavorful. Dinner was equally impressive, with deliciously curated dishes that catered to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. Each meal felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The staff deserves a special mention for their attentiveness and genuine care. Every request was met with a smile, and their prompt service truly enhanced the overall experience. Clean rooms, elegant ambience, and great food — ITC Fortune really lived up to its name. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable hotel stay.

Staff is very courteous provide you most peculiar item on demand. Upkeep of rooms is good . Food at Zodiac is excellent buffet for breakfast was lavish and sumptuous. Location is obvious advantage for this property easily reachable and parking is safe. My best wishes.
