It was very easy to locate as it is on the main road just opposite to dainik jag-ran press. The rooms were sized spacious with all necessary amenities like coffee maker, minibar, slippers, shoe shiner etc. The toiletries provided were of excellent quality. The extra bed provided for my kid was very cozy. I had taken a complimentary breakfast option and the food options provided in the buffet breakfast were exotic with a wide variety from healthy options like fruits and boiled veg to tasty options like poori sabji. Special mention of the head chef here that he was taking feedback about the quality and taste of food. Special thanks to the concierge to kindly keep my luggage for a day as i had gone out for shopping and came back late. Overall a very exclusive stay with family. For lucknow visit i have booked fortune bbd through mmt. Location of Fortune Park BBD-Member ITC Hotel Group was good. With in 10 minutes after entering the Fortune Park BBD-Member ITC Hotel Group 1 got my room. It was a connected room so i want a separate room so with in 2 minutes of my request they change the room. Staff wass very efficient, polite and quick. There was a well maintained pool at top floor. A gym and a spa. I get a complimentary spa session for 15 min. Though i have not used it. Breakfast was included in my package and it was tasty, i love most their masala omlette and kachori, aloo ki subji up-ma all are good. On next visit i definitely stay in the same Fortune Park BBD-Member ITC Hotel Group.

Absolutely delightful stay at the property. The staff were extremely warm and helpful and made our stay all the more pleasant. The rooms are huge and spacious and enough of space despite adding an additional bed. Hats off to chef aman and his team for the gastronomical delights they served us. The food was excellent both in quality and variety. Special mention of their soft and succulent nalli nihari which had us queuing back for seconds! shaishta, kajal, shivam and the others at their restaurant made every meal a delight with their prompt service and recommendations. Service with a smile seems to be the motto of this Fortune Park BBD-Member ITC Hotel Group! kudos to the entire team!

Property location was great as per our requirement. Room was great and from customer service angle they are definitely one of the best Fortune Park BBD-Member ITC Hotel Groups we have been to in lucknow. House keeping team, security team and restaurant staff are great. Breakfast quality is great, but options could be increased for vegetarians. Another thing that could be worked upon is the location of the live counter where egg preparations are made. It's right next to the vegetarian options and the smell could be a little deterrent as i heard many clients discussing about the same. I understand the space constraints, but if they could work something out for this it would be awesome.

The Fortune Park BBD-Member ITC Hotel Group is located in a prime location with all major places nearby. Rooms are spacious and beautifully maintained. Hotel staffs are really polite and helpful. Valet parking is great. Room service and cleaning is proper. Mr. Manu sharma helped very politely in cleaning and arranging the room. Special mention to it's breakfast spread. Food is really tasty along with the variety. The restaurant staffs are very polite and professionals, specially mr. Saini kumar always greeted us with a smile and served us happily. Overall i would recommend this to everyone to have a pleasant stay right into the middle of the city.

Pros - location excellent. Right in the middle of the city. - rooms adequately spacious and comfortable. - housekeeping department very cooperative and very quick in resolving the issues. - breakfast buffet: average in spread/but taste was good. Cons: - reception has great scope on improvement in terms of hospitality. No warm welcome. No welcome drink. No briefings regarding the Fortune Park BBD-Member ITC Hotel Group, facilities and meal timings. - same hospitality was missing during the breakfast buffet. Didn't even know till second day that live counters are working. - room amenities were limited like no iron/no hair dryer etc

Parking in the basement is at owner’s risk. There is no lift from basement to the upper floors. One has to use staircase. Staff behaviour is good. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the service is excellent too. Mr ranjeet who was in attendance in the restaurant was very attentive and helpful. The room booked was for a couple, but only one pair of bedroom slippers was provided-another pair was not provided despite a request. The second tooth brush kit was not provided till asked for. Overall cleanliness of the room was very good.

The room was quite spacious and the location is also in the heart of the city. The food was very good as well.

Hotel follow standard safety rules as per the law. Hand sanitizers and masks are kept at the reception. All the staffs wear masks. The rooms are clean and well maintained
