property is at prime location.easy to approach...food was really good...

I stayed here during an official work trip and had a very comfortable experience. The location was convenient, close to the office and easy to reach. The food was tasty and had good variety, which made meals enjoyable after long work hours. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which helped me stay connected for work. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I’d recommend this place for anyone traveling for business.

Centrally located, near to Hazaratganj, neat and clean, variety in breakfast. Recommended for stay.

Rooms are good. Food quality is average and cost is too high. Breakfast items were not fresh neither of good taste. Hospitality was okay. Location is isolated and very compact space.

The property is good in all respect but inconsistent services is a challenge . The front office definitely needs more polite, effective and courteous personnel.

The behavior of the reception staff could be improved.

The Hotel needs urgent Makeover. Rooms were still ok but the Washroom switches are broken, No Hand Towels, No bathroom slippers, No bathrobes, No Laundary bag. The Hallway ceiling to the rooms were having huge stains of Water leakage. Very sorry that ITC is managing this property under their brand and hotel not providing basics. Even the Bath Towels provided were of century old time. Highly Dissappointed.

The property is a luxury stay. It is quite huge and very clean. It is situated in a good area . The food is extremely delicious and many items are provided in breakfast . The Staff are very helpful and treats people with respect and cooperative

Stayed with my two boys for a holiday . The hotel is overpriced for the amenities and service . Will start with good things - location is good , rooms size is large it could easily accolades two single beds and one additional bed still leaving space to walk , hotel staff Sundaram is excellent at his work, staff is courteous and helpful . Now not so good - AC is a big problem - it doesn’t heat adequately , lobby AC doesn’t work , staff can trained and groomed better as per ITC standards.

The Hotel's staff was a bit rude. The food is not upto the mark. Hotel room was clean but room service was not good. Overall I am not satisfied with the hotel stay.

I stayed with my family , had an excellent comfortable stay at hotel ground staff is extremely courteous and helpful Breakfast was good .We availed excellent spa facility near gym arena .Overall a good place to stay with your family

Nice Clean and spacious Room as expected from ITC. There was hiccup, with bathroom being not as clean as it should be. I think someone slipped up. The error was promptly rectified when pointed out.👍. Breakfast was SUPERB. Service and staff were excellent. 👍

The rooms should have smart TVs. There should be an option to choose smoking rooms. Washrooms could be more spacious.

It was really nice staying at this hotel everything was great staff was so sweet and gentle i felt so safe.

They were helpful when I needed the same. I had a sprained ankle and they did what they could do. Just do something about the view from rooms

i stayed again on the same room 219 I stayed in the same room. The hotel is excellent. As always. This is my favourite property in Hazrat Ganj Lucknow. One small issue that on the same room 219. The water loging in shower cabinet is still there which was two month earlier also, but I don't have any problem. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Very courteous the front team and helpful. Yash in the dinning area has excellent customer service skills and making experience pleasant.
