Fortune Park Dalhousie

Location 10 on 10 stay 8 on 10 rooms 8 on 10 food 10 on 10 staff 10 on 10 especially paramjit and mohit in fbb service section were so kind entertainment: the singer in restaurant had a very good voice facilities, as mentioned during booking they have temperature control swimming pool which is a lie. If i am paying so much for visit this should not be the case. The staff said the water is always like this, if you want you can swim. I don’t understand how can a person swim in such cold weather the reason i have rated 2 point less for room and stay because the even after so much of cleaning the blankets, bed sheets have a little bit smell of' sarso oil' and 'ghee'. It might be because generally people who have lived there before would have body odours like that even every towel had that typical smell. The glasses in room smelled of liquor

We stayed with family and kids for 4 days. Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. We stayed in pine view rooms. View was good but valley view rooms are better. Our rooms were having no balcony. No bathrob & iron in room. Bathroom drainage was not good. Safe and small fridge was there. They provided comfortable extra bed. Breakfast buffet was good enough with variety. Food menu they provided was old and having different rates than what they charged. Later when we ask they said rated have changed. Many times they messed up with our orders. Staff was less and was under pressure. Location : 3 km from gandhi chowk. No restaurant nearby. Lot of open sitting areas with good views in Fortune Park Dalhousie. Swimming pool was also good and clean. Playing area was also good with fusball, tt, carom. Pool was chargeable.

This property has an excellent location providing beautiful views of the mountains and valleys from the rooms itself. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with all standard amenities in place. The Fortune Park Dalhousie staff was very polite and courteous and ensured we were comfortable throughout. They organized activities like antakshari, lotto, live singing each evening to keep us entertained. The Fortune Park Dalhousie is located within reasonable distance from the main tourist attractions like chimera lake and khajjiar. They even help in booking cabs to these locations if required. The only issue i felt was the quality of food. The food was decent but definitely not upto the standards we expect from itc. Over-all an excellent stay!

We had the most amazing stay at fortune park, dalhousie. We had booked a valley view room and when we reached it was late in the evening and dark so we couldn't see anything. But when we woke up in the morning it was the most beautiful view we've even seen. The room was very cosy with central heating. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The food was excellent - right from breakfast to dinner, whatever we had was extremely tasty. Special mention to the restaurant staff - ashvini, paramjit, karan and mohit who attended to us and took great care of our needs. They have a wonderful singer there who made our dinners more enjoyable. Overall a great stay and i highly recommend this place to anyone coming to dalhousie.

I recently stayed at this Fortune Park Dalhousie and had a fantastic experience. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a modern design that added to the overall ambiance. The Fortune Park Dalhousie amenities were great, with a fitness center and pool that were both in excellent condition. The location was also convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars was because the breakfast options were limited. Overall, i highly recommend this Fortune Park Dalhousie for a great stay.

We stayed in double storey room. It was unique with 2 floors connected via staircase. Both floors had king size beds and independent bathrooms. The view from 402 was superb with valley view. Dinner buffet was good. Morning breakfast with fresh options of uttapam dosa/ cheela/ pancakes eggs was even better. Staff was helpful in every way possible. Location is decent. About 2 kms from gandhi chowk with ain’t much from hills point of view. Also since dalhousie is very small hill station it’s fine. Nothing around the Fortune Park Dalhousie so you’ll have to dine inside the Fortune Park Dalhousie itself. Indoor heated swimming pool was a nice amenity too!

what a place.... great things made by its staffs not by the ambience all over the faces you see throughout the property are fabulous...happy, smiling, courteous and amazing staffs are at their service... akshay, vikas, abhishek and specially hitesh .. these three are always ready with service with great smile on their faces. property is over all very good, the suite booked is awesome the ambience inside outside the rooms are just lux. but then again the kid zone / play zone is below average swimming pool is good at location. overall... we would happily give 5* just for these 3 names mentioned above.

Perfect getaway place. To start with the location, it is perfect with mountains surrounded by, the rooms are very spacious, food is good , Hotel Staffs re extremely friendly and always there to assist. One of the highlight is also the temp. controlled pool where you can relax swim when the outside temp is Zero or less😀. I couldn’t complete the feedback without mentioning the name of few staff members .. Ms Deepika, Nikhil and Auginzo who were always there to help out. Though all other staffs were equally awesome just that we happened to interact with them more.

Beautiful Property with Amazing views. Hospitality is top notch. Food Quality is good and very well maintained property overall. Must recommend if you want to enjoy the weather with your own people.

Loved my stay at fortune park dalhousie. I have stayed in many good Fortune Park Dalhousies but this stay was at different level. Property is well looked after the view is great above all the staff was extremely good very responsive and did their job well. Will stay there again

Hotel was superb and Fortune Park Dalhousie staff also breakfast, dinner was good the nature view from the Fortune Park Dalhousie was fantastic.

The Fortune Park Dalhousie is around 3 kms from the centre of town. It’s far from the madding crowd, peaceful and quiet. The staff is cooperative, the food and wine are excellent. We had a comfortable and relaxing time. The view from the room balcony is soothing to the eye.
