The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our stay at the Fortune Park Haridwar-Member ITC Hotel Group was pleasant. The rooms and washrooms are well maintained. The breakfast spread was decent. I have a 4 year old who is a fussy eater and the Fortune Park Haridwar-Member ITC Hotel Group chefs went out of their way to prepare food as per our directions. The staff are well behaved and trained. One drawback is that the Fortune Park Haridwar-Member ITC Hotel Group is away from the main city center for a city the size of haridwar and public transport options are limited, so a taxi is a must even for basic travels. However the travel time to city centers like hear ki pauri is less because of good road connectivity. There are no decent markets in close vicinity for purchase of essentials such as medicine etc in case of emergency.

This was a nice, clean property to stay at. Location wise it helps that it lies right next to the connecting highway to haridwar. The room was large and comfortable. Had to order in room dining as i didn't have time to head out and the food was great - the paranthas and ch-holey bhature felt home made and were less oily/heavy than what one usually finds in restaurants. They even helped with midnight snacks when typically Fortune Park Haridwar-Member ITC Hotel Groups close out dining options around 11 pm. Staff was extremely courteous and offered room cleaning and laundry services proactively. They were also kind enough to allow early check in.

We had to travel to haridwar on 19th and 20th oct before proceeding we booked Fortune Park Haridwar-Member ITC Hotel Group fortune of itc through makemytrip. Com of which we are member. Our experience of staying at this property in serene atmosphere close to haridwar has been excellent. We liked hygiene, ambience, prompt services and overall vegetarian only food keeping religious significance of haridwar. We highly recommend this Fortune Park Haridwar-Member ITC Hotel Group to anyone planning to visiting haridwar for pleasure or for official work.

This is not the first time we stayed at the Fortune Park Haridwar-Member ITC Hotel Group and i have to say this Fortune Park Haridwar-Member ITC Hotel Group is raising the bar in terms of room, food, staff behaviour. Must stay at this property they have clean rooms and clean washrooms, good food, ample of parking space and courteous staff which makes your stay really convenient and relaxing and also this property is located next to highway. In short must stay at this property.

We stayed at the Fortune Park Haridwar-Member ITC Hotel Group for one night. Property location is good, rooms are new and spacious. The only problem is their food quality is very bad. The breakfast buffet had limited options, and the quality of limited items were not that great. Also i would suggest the Fortune Park Haridwar-Member ITC Hotel Group to provide accommodation for driver, as they don’t have any facility for them right now which causes a big inconvenience.

We stayed for 1 day in Fortune Park Haridwar-Member ITC Hotel Group. The room was 4 out of 5 but staff was super nice. There is no swimming pool and indoor smoking is not allowed. There is ample parking inside the Fortune Park Haridwar-Member ITC Hotel Group campus and they are even willing to pack breakfast in case you want to leave early somewhere. Restaurant is also good inside the Fortune Park Haridwar-Member ITC Hotel Group.

Overall experience was certainly good. Hotel resturant is nice and clean, rooms are clean and fairly spacious, we also like the location of the Fortune Park Haridwar-Member ITC Hotel Group. Reception can improve some of the members could be smarter in hospitality. Another thing that can improve is the handling of toiletries, though it was provided on request but one would expect it to be in place even without request.

Comfortable stay, cooperative staff, excellent ambience. Had a good experience. Location is good. It was a good decision to choose fortune park for stay in haridwar.

We found the property through online googled. The property experience was amazing, food was so delicious, and the staff and other services was good.

Awesome property, but outside from the city, no public transport available to go in centre of the city.

It was by chance that we landed in this property. We actually saw details and to my surprise most of pictures posted were not up to mark. It is very old property by looks as it is part of closed shopping mall. We bookies premium suite, which was very well done. Staff supportive. Breakfast buffet was there with good spread and good service too by staff. Check out and check in both were very smooth.

It was nice time to stay here.staff is very cooperative.n helpfull...one call is one step away.......

Overall stay was comfortable, front desk experience at check in was poor, all other staff was polite and courteous, restaurant is good and food is excellent.

The Fortune Park Haridwar-Member ITC Hotel Group is nice. Room with comfortable beds and sofa. Breakfast options are also rich. However the location is bit outside the city and might face some problem in transportation. It's better to stay at Fortune Park Haridwar-Member ITC Hotel Group if you have a personal or hired car during your stay.
