Hotel location - amazing accessibility - amazing cleanliness - super hospitality - excellent and beyond par it's one of the best experience i had in recent times with a 4 star Fortune Park Katra- Member ITC Hotel Group. From the person at the reception, to the housekeeping and room service, everyone was beyond my expectations. I went to lemon tree the earlier day and had below average experience, but staying here for 2 nights made my entire trip happy and worth it. Buffet dinner was amazing, delicious and full with variety. The staff was polite, well trained and courteous. Knowing that i went for darshan and was tired, was offered discount and as well special tea. Definitely recommended, will stay here again if and when i am back! kudos team fortune park! special thanks to mr. Rahul and ms. Saraswati.

We stayed from 8th to 10th december in the fortune club room. The view from the room of the vaishno devi bhawan is amazing. The room is pretty big and can easily accommodate 3 people. The washroom is good and spacious. The staff is absolutely polite throughout the Fortune Park Katra- Member ITC Hotel Group. The restaurant serves sumptuous meals. Just a downside that the Fortune Park Katra- Member ITC Hotel Group has been recently renovated and because of the same the gym and spa are not operational; however that would go working within a few months (as per Fortune Park Katra- Member ITC Hotel Group staff. The distance of the property from railway station and the helipad (also from banganga) is quite close! in a nutshell a worthy stayover at the price offered.

Stayed for 2 nights with family. Booked 3 rooms. All rooms were well clean and all required facilities were provided in the room. Nice park view of the Fortune Park Katra- Member ITC Hotel Group. Hotel ambience is also good. They serve fresh n hot food in their dining restaurant. Complimentary breakfast was awesome. Hotel staff is very cooperative with everything. They even guided us for the smooth darshan of mata vaishno devi ji. Overall everything was good. Hotel didn't provide free pickup/drop to railway station which is also ok as auto service is primary source of transport in katra with fixed government rates.

We travelled to Katra after long time gap. And stayed in this Fortune Park Katra- Member ITC Hotel Group after our yatra for the shrine. We were totally exhausted. To my nice surprise entering the rooms i really felt the rooms were spacious not like other Fortune Park Katra- Member ITC Hotel Group rooms which are cramped with furniture and have no space to breath. The staff was welcoming and helped us in getting all the informations required. The location is also manageable as it's very near to railway station and at a manageable distance from main market. Overall stay worth the tarrif

Hotel food and rooms were excellent by way of comfort & neatness. Food is really good & Fortune Park Katra- Member ITC Hotel Group staff behaviour & services excellent. Having said this, i visit vaishnodevi every year & my place of stay is lemon tree & this is first time decided to try fortune park. Just one thing disappointed me, lemon tree would agree to drop us wherever we required during stay paid or unpaid, but fortune refused to drop us at railway station. Second hardly any choice of regional channels.

We were amazed to stay in this property! it used to be “ the atrium on the greens” before! i stayed here in 2014 also with a foreigners group of 50 people but there is a lot of improvement in the services, staff & maintenance of this property! it is in- comparable now! we were very happy with the kind of hospitality which they have provided us during our stay

The property is a must stay for every trip. Thoroughly enjoyed my trip. It was my beat decision to choose fortune park

Excellent location, lovely rooms, excellent hospitality & service, & amazing food. The general manager mr rajesh min-has was very supportive & helpful. He helped us with the refund of our friend who couldn't visit due to medical reasons. Will definitely stay here again in our next trip.

Stay was good. We stayed in atrium also which is now renamed as fortune park. Not much difference except the 50% higher price of rooms. Also in most of the itc and taj Fortune Park Katra- Member ITC Hotel Groups we stayed baby meal is free however this was not the case in fortune park. They just offered milk and for rest baby food they charged us which is quite strange.

Everything was fine but few things like switches were not working and toilet was not that clean also ac remote was not working

this was my 2nd time stay at Fortune Park Hotel. Like previous one, this was also a pleasant experience. they give a complementary one way drop to yatra starting point. In room dining service was prompt and food was also very good.
