Location is good. But the property is really old and rooms were not very clean. The floor seemed sticky. I informed this at reception and they wiped the room but still it was not clean. There was water leaking from AC. Swimming pool was good and breakfast also had a lot of options.

We had quite a few issues at this place. 1. The exhaust fan wasn't working so we had to contact housekeeping to fix it. 2. The television was not working and the housekeeping came and fixed it but we went off to dinner and when we came back, the same issue again, TV not working. We just chose not to bother calling the housekeeping again. 3. The rooms cooling is not centralized, not par with the ITC standards. 4. Even the floor was sandy and sticky. 5. The breakfast cooking staff was visibly , rude and dismissive when asked for paneer paratha. (Which was ON the menu). 6. The Zodiac restaurant staff kept on insisting us to opt for the buffet instead of á la carte even though we informed them that we weren't interested. Wait time was too high. The food was decent. 7. The staff that came to fix the exhaust fan suggested that the rooms are horrible because they are not premium and we should have taken premium rooms instead for proper service. 8. During checkout we were asked to wait so they can check the room (for missing items). I understand that this may be a part of policy but this could've been done instead of informing me. This was the first time this happened to me. Even in all of ITC hotels I've visited. In conclusion, the stay was not par with the expectations people have from ITC.

Pros: Everything is just awesome, rooms, food and what not. It has a beach shuttle to Benaulim beach at specific times which is around a km of walk. Plenty of breakfast and dinner buffet options. Good swimming pool and overall ambience. Cons: Ground floor rooms have some smell, we were given rooms at upper floors upon request.

Average not an idle ITC brand hotel

They were short of staff in every department, service was slow. They do not have shuttle for beach in the morning before 10am which is weird. No beach towel provided. Breakfast was really excellent, many options were available. I really like they have even kept soaked almond, soaked chia seed, socked jeera water in cold cut area. Food wise excellent but service wise i felt they were short of staff.

The property location is good. The dinner needs more variety of sea food and other nonveg dishes. The DJ is noisy not Pleasant for family group. Service is very good. Got an upgrade from delux to premium category. Checkin took 30 min. Need to improve on checkin. Express checkin in 5 min is our expectation.

I had a great two nights stay with my family. Breakfast had lot of variety and food served was good. Rooms were clean and big enough for the a couple with a kid. location of the resort is good and very close to Benaulim and Varca beach. Make sure to reach early at the Varca beach else you may face parking issue in the evening time.

The stay was overall amazing. The management was very courteous. There was a lady in the restaurant management named Sushma, she was very helpful. Food including morning buffet was great. Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in South Goa 🌴 The location is perfect (just 3–4 km from the beaches) and the vibe is peaceful, relaxing, and kid-friendly 👶💛 Special thanks to Ms. Vandana & Ms. Leanne for their warm hospitality – they truly made our stay memorable ✨ The hotel also provides a vehicle to its private beach which was an amazing experience 🏖️ A few things to improve: the room bar had only chargeable items (no complimentary ones kept), furniture felt a bit old, basics like a bath mat & slippers were missing, and the breakfast buffet was quite limited. Still, overall, it’s a highly recommended place for a calm and pleasant family holiday in South Goa 🌺

Had an amazing experience at fortune resort , all the staff members were very helpful and special mention about Manfret who really is super sweet and very helpful about guiding me with different food items and he is a very good human. So good to meet good people at your stay. I would keep coming back to your place if I ever have a chance to visit Goa again.

We stayed at this property for 5 nights. Our experience was wonderful, the property has all the necessary amenities and the service staff is excellent and very helpful. I especially want to thank Praful sir, Siraj and Vandana for their amazing hospitality towards us and and our toddler son. Highly recommended.

Location of the property was lil secluded but property itself is beautiful. Amenities and Services were good. Although i would like to advise one thing about Zodiac restaurant where we had dinner, there the staff was not pleasant unlike Radisson Blue Candolim where we stayed earlier from 6/9 to 9/9. Staff of Radisson Blue Candolim was young, energetic and polite. And while having complementary b’fast one of the staff (Krishna Chandu Poojary) kept hovering and staring around and causing discomfort in Zodiac restaurant. Overall the stay was good except that b’fast thing.
