From the time we arrived at the Fortune Resort Heevan, Member ITC's Hotel Group we have experienced amazing hospitality from the staff. Everyone was so friendly and so helpful and every service request was prompt. On top of this food was just amazing, we had dinner and lunch for 3 days in the Fortune Resort Heevan, Member ITC's Hotel Group and tried almost all the cuisines and everything was so perfect. The executive chef visits your table and asks for the feedback, which is also a great gesture. Location is great too, very near to dal lake and other near by mu-gal gardens. Overall great experience.

Property is close to dal lake, but not walking distance. It has adequate parking. Only ground floor n 1 floor. Not high rise. Staff is courteous and ok. The staff at desk and manning the telephone r harsh and non smiling. Rooms are adequate big, clean and adequate daylight is available. However night lighting is bit dull. In room dining menu should be available in rooms. Limited choices in menu. Breakfast spread is ok but almost same. Variety can be increased. Overpriced property. Overall decent, clean, hygienic and comfortable Fortune Resort Heevan, Member ITC's Hotel Group to saty.

The food was good and service was excellent at fortune heevan resort. We had a very comfortable stay at the fortune club room which was very well heated and spacious. The room service was great and housekeeping team made sure that our rooms were always organised. Overall we had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend this Fortune Resort Heevan, Member ITC's Hotel Group to anyone looking to stay at srinagar. The Fortune Resort Heevan, Member ITC's Hotel Group entrance also overlooks the mountains. It's relatively close to dal lake and the mughal gardens as well.

The fortune club rooms are large, have excellent facilities and provide good heating and hot water throughout the day. The service was excellent (be it f&b or room service. Housekeeping maintained the rooms extremely well. Mr riyaz and his f&b team always made sure we were taken care of well and even helped us build a snowman. Overall we had a fantastic stay at the fortune itc Fortune Resort Heevan, Member ITC's Hotel Group in srinagar. The entrance of the Fortune Resort Heevan, Member ITC's Hotel Group also overlooks the mountains which is a real treat to see.

The property is located at a walking distance from shalimar gardens, nishat bagh and dal lake, so you won't have to worry about transportation to these beautiful places. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the service is superb. The best part of our stay was the amazing hospitality offered by everyone at the property (everyone is super polite and humble. Food is delicious and the breakfast buffet spread is wholesome. A special mention for mr. Riyaz and mr. Javed in the f&b department who always took care of our food requirements.

Fortune heevan Fortune Resort Heevan, Member ITC's Hotel Group stay was good. Their hospitality was very good. Right from security, reception, open areas maintenance, restaurant upkeep all was very nice. Restaurant dishes out yummy kababs, and other dishes too. Breakfast menu could have been better. Seasonal fruits could have been served. Apples, cherries, plums were plenty in the market. Same fruits were in the menu all 3 days. Will say that this Fortune Resort Heevan, Member ITC's Hotel Group was a good selection by us.

Enjoyable comfortable and relaxing stay with everhelping, polite and smiling staff of front office, restaurant and house keeping. The food at earthen oven restaurant was authentic and very delicious and served by the smiling staff. Special mention for mr. Fer-oz ahmed for his smiling and helpful nature. Property is one of the best properties to stay in and also has all modern facilities. staff is nice and prompt and ready to provide you with anything at one call within minutes. one best thing I liked was they are energy conservative and do switch of gyser and switch it back on once they are back when a guest is away which is one thing I liked the most since it's very thoughtful.

Decent rooms, good food, warm and friendly staff. The property is excellent and a good place to relax on a holiday yet not too far from the hustle bustle of Srinagar.

I had a lovely experience and a very pleasant stay at this property. The location is awesome full lush green surroundings make a favorable place to relax. The staff was courteous and food was good. Would highly recommend!

I have been to several international tours also but this one is by far the best for me. Hotel stay was as comfortable as it can be It's one in a lifetime must trip. Once in summer and one in winter.
