I think they prefer only those customers who pay dinner and lunch separately.. because we booked garden view' room with complementary breakfast lunch and dinner... breakfast was good but Lunch and dinner was nightmare...and most of the items we ordered they told us that will charge extra...so plss anyone don't book room with food...take ur foods differently...

Booked three rooms for one night stay. Checked in on 1st Oct 2025 by noon and checked out on 2nd Oct at 1 pm. Total 5 Adults and two children. Hotel room with AC and facilities were good. We spent the entire period of our stay within hotel premises. We enjoyed the buffet lunch and the Afternoon tea at 5pm served on the hotel lawns by the poolside. But what ruined our stay was that by midnight 3 out of the group of 7 had vomiting and diarrhea and by the next afternoon and evening 3 more had the same symptoms. Surprisingly 3 guests that we had invited to join us for lunch and to partake of the afternoon tea did not fall ill. I am sure that the water that was supplied in our hotel rooms was the culprit for our woes. The Manager said that they have their own filtration/water purification system. Kalimpong has a major water problem and hotels resort to carting water in trucks loaded with plastic tanks. I suspect that the water filtration system was not functioning properly and servicing is overdue. The Hotel should supply sealed mineral water like Aquafina or Bisleri. Advice to travellers to Kalimpong : do not drink the bottled water supplied in Hotels. 6 out of group of 9 fell ill and our final leg of our holiday got ruined.

The hospitality start at the entrance. It was a way welcome, the room was ready, still we got the opportunity to look around the property where we got the best one. It was a family vacation. We enjoyed a lot. The location of the property was very nearby to the town and the food was lovely amazing and we enjoyed the amenities this spa services and the pool. The stay was good, it could have been excellent if one of the waitresses was kind and polite. Her rudeness spoiled my stay as well as my dinner date with my hubby. Apart from her, other staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. We enjoyed our stay.

The property is good and location is also good . Around 3 km from main market . Food is very good and breakfast spread is nice . Premium view room have 2 beds but surprisingly no ac . We booked 2 rooms premium view and premium room . Premium room had ac and bigger tv while premium view room had 2 queen beds with no ac and small tv . Hospitality is not up to itc standard . The hotel does not accomdate any additional request . I would rate 5/10 in hospitality . Rest all stay was good
