Had booked a one night stay for my mother's birthday and it turned out to be an amazing day. Thanks to the front desk staff and housekeeping team for making such wonderful arrangements. The room was decorated in advance and they even served us a complimentary bento cake which made our day! coming to the detailed aspects, i would rate the overall stay as 4. 2 out of 5. Reasons below: 1. Rooms cleanliness and facilities are top notch and as per 4 star standards. Had booked a premium king room which was quite spacious and had all needed amenities. So 5 star rating here. 2. The bathroom was pretty good too with 2 wash basins and all other facilities including a bathtub. The bathtub is decent in this price range, however, would just like to highlight that it is a bit slippery for old age people, so can be upgraded to a better one for more safety. 3. Service from staff was superb. 4. Food had mixed reviews as breakfast was amazing and superb spread with excellent taste. However the dinner buffet taste could be improved. The one thing about food here which i liked was the rich variety across cuisines and less oil and spices used. However dinner taste definitely needs improvement. Overall a decent stay in 8k and due to the special arrangements made and heart-filling breakfast spread, would definitely visit again.

Overall, i had a pleasant stay at fortune exotica. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for my needs. However, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The room itself was on the smaller side. While it was clean and well-maintained, it didn't leave a lot of extra space for spreading out. This might be a consideration for travelers with a lot of luggage or those looking for a more spacious environment. Similarly, the portion sizes for the meals were a bit on the small side. I wouldn't say i went hungry, but someone with a larger appetite might find themselves wanting a bit more. Despite these minor drawbacks, i enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the amenities were adequate. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, with the understanding that the rooms and meals are a bit on the smaller side, then fortune exotica could be a good option for you.

I was travel-ling for the first time to mumbai and due to my requirements wanted to stay in navi mumbai. I did my research on various apps and found this Fortune Select Exotica-Member ITC Hotel Group to be the best one in the location. The Fortune Select Exotica-Member ITC Hotel Group is located at a prime location with all the amenities that you can think of. You will receive a very warm welcome from the guards at the gate and the guys at the reception will make your check-in n check out very smooth. The food was average in case i compared it to delhi but otherwise it is good. The staff members were very professional especially "mulayam, he was very kind and gentle.

It’s very beautiful Fortune Select Exotica-Member ITC Hotel Group having nice dining area where they serve breakfast and lunch and dinner. Room is very comfortable and with all modern amenities which gives you feel like more luxurious. Ambiance of the Fortune Select Exotica-Member ITC Hotel Group is superb even they have very high security checkpoints from the main entrance till you enter the main gate of the Fortune Select Exotica-Member ITC Hotel Group. Staff is very supportive specially the front of team and restaurant staff. I am really excited to give -🌟🌟🌟🌟👍🏻

Room are spacious and were clean. The Fortune Select Exotica-Member ITC Hotel Group is bit old but renovation works is being carried out. The Fortune Select Exotica-Member ITC Hotel Group is understaffed so bell boy and valet are not available. The food in in room dining was average with brownie which we ordered was hard as a rock we had to throw away that. Breakfast was again ordinary with stale bread and croissants. But again considering the price point if you ignore these small things this is best you can get at this price point(5k.

My requests were taken care of. The room was well maintained and cleaned before i checked in. I could hear construction noises from the room that i was given initially. Upon raising my concern, i was shifted to another room soon. The restaurant served delicious food with a variety of items in the buffet. House keeping service was quick too. The staff were polite and always helpful and sweet. One of my shoes broke and they helped me immediately. Overall i had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you.

We stayed there for 3 nights, it was a fabulous time the service was outstanding. The breakfast was delicious buffet huge speard. Staff were very friendly and greeting with big smile 😊 We like the swimming pool and it was was also neat and clean though couldnt spend time in the pool, but it was clean. whole heartedly recommend this Fortune Select Exotica-Member ITC Hotel Group for anyone who wants to have a 5 star experience

I was partying till 4 am and have troubled the staff with ac temperature, constant calls for dishes, spoon and food but they have been so patient and handling every need so carefully. Couldn't stop praising my stay here. The hospitality here is astonishing. Mulayam is one of the helpers who is a thrilling and entertaining personality with a lot of energy to to welcome the guest. Would look forward for the stay again here.

Had visited overnite the Fortune Select Exotica-Member ITC Hotel Group service was good right from check in experience to checkout. They obliged by a late check out and a early check-in the staff and service was amazing

This was my second time here, I love the food, the spread for both breakfast and dinner is pretty good covering all cuisines. The Staff is super polite and well mannered, The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. In budget friendly range I would rate this Hotel 10/10.

Oona were clean, a little old though but maintained well. At this price point, it’s a fair deal !

Its amazing place to stay and food is amazing specially breakfast spreads. Its at main thane belapur road so everything is neraby.

As i had booked the suite room, to surprise my wife on our wedding anniversary, the staff also thoughtfully gifted a fruits and sweets hamper, which even surprised me. Thx fortune for the same.

The Fortune Select Exotica-Member ITC Hotel Group's location is good if you are visiting navi mumbai. Rooms and service is very nice although i found that breakfast could have been a bit better.

Hygiene place and gud staff need to improve food quality
