Hotel is easily accessible from the highway (few hundred meters, thus avoiding any congested city roads. Particularly useful if we are driving down from other cities/ towns, allowing reaching the destination faster after driving from another city. We stayed in fortune to visit tirumala temple for 2 nights 3 days. The stay was comfortable as the staff were very courteous and helpful. The areas for improvement are: they can give a little more importance to cleanliness and hygiene in room maintenance. The property has become old and hence, it requires some rennovation. As far as the restaurant is concerned, the food at pure veg restaurant is below average, especially the andra meals. But the food at the second restaurant where they serve both veg and non-veg was excellent. Overall it is highly recommended Fortune Select Grand Ridge-Member ITC Hotel Group for stay at tirupati.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff specially the room service. All of the people are incredibly helpful and we arrived with our 2 year old son they followed each and every request i have demanded at the time of booking, the kitchen service was so generous with their time and special hygiene fresh food for my kid as we asked. Room cleaning facilities were outstanding and the travel setup was like we were at home. One of the nicest places we stayed in tirupati. Thank you for making my son's mundane ceremony so special.

Location is good food variety and quality definitely needs improvement if you are claiming it to be a 5 star Fortune Select Grand Ridge-Member ITC Hotel Group. I believe the breakfast buffet is like 3 star. Cuwtomer service is great amenities is good. I would expect an improvement 8n the reception area wherein the ladies dont speak telugu or tamil but they are speaking hindi. You better keep a person who speaks local language. Their service is also not with a smiling face.

Property is location is convenient, but i recommend you have your own transportation. The property is clean from lobby to rooms. They took care of lot of detail in room and the bathroom with amenities. Restaurants ambiance and food is good, but service sucks. General staff is good though. Restaurant staff need additional training and the breakfast crowd and streamlining needs replanning. If you go to breakfast buffet be prepared to be treated like cattle

We checked in @0030 hours and the receptionist was accommodating and checked us in no time. The room was neatly cleaned and the breakfast spread was good. However i had the worst omelette ever in my life which was intimated to the captain who suggested he would prepare another which we refused. The check out was also smooth. The room closet was leaking throughout till our check out(room 227) which was requested while checking out to get it repaired
