The over all stay was really good. Hotel room is neat and spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast spread . The masala chai was ultimate. Well Maintained. On the road property and it’s near to most of the tourist places. They don’t have valet parking. They have restaurant and pub.

Good stay and needs to improve in some areas

The property is located very near to the Manipal hospital and college. The area is very good and not very far from the usual tourist spots. The food at the restaurant is good and only thing that did nig match upto ITC standards is the limited hospitality grooming of hotel staff which the management did acknowledge and assured to look into. Secondly, there were some items from minibar wrongly included in the final bill, which was pointed out and then charges reversed. Rooms were clean, and well maintained.

Excellent Hotel, very well managed, Superb staff to name a few Krishna, Jagadish in restaurant, Tarun the chef, Nitesh in room service, all the baggage staff, guard, house keeping staff everyone was just very very nice. They ensured a comfortable stay. Also food was very tasty, the breakfast dishes were nicely rotated everyday to make it different . The ala carte was very reasonable. Excellent Hotel, Great staff, Superb Food. Thanks a Lot everyone.
