The experience was truly outstanding, and I would like to highlight the remarkable efforts of two of your staff members in particular. Firstly, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Ashik Mohan. His dedication and willingness to go above and beyond in upgrading my Fountain Mahabaleshwar -IHCL SeleQtions room made my stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. His engagement and attention to detail were truly commendable. Additionally, I would like to acknowledge Yogesh for his exceptional support. He was incredibly helpful in clicking pictures and providing guidance throughout my stay. His friendly demeanor and professionalism greatly enhanced my experience. Overall, the entire staff at Taj Hotel "IHCL" Mahabaleshwar demonstrated outstanding hospitality and made my stay a delightful one. The leisure facilities and services provided were top-notch, contributing to a wonderful and relaxing experience. Thank you once again for the exceptional service. I was given with a room upgrade since it was some occassion, and we are grateful to this gesture. Just some tajness was missing during our stay. We noticed we were not given with a fruit basket. Little bit of finishing touches (something to do with renovation) were missing in our bathroom. There was a bonfire mentioned in the app, but there was no such facility. Food and hospitality however was the best. Love the food, all 3 times! and staff was very co-operative and proactively came to us for helping. Great location. Sunset views were amazing. Star gazing experience was a highlight. Overall i would definitely recommend this place

Excellent property with an amazing spa and spacious rooms. This place has an amazing view and is pet friendly too. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Would definitely come here again ! very central location near the market and yet away from the maddening crowds.

Hotel property is nice, near to mahabaleshwar town, we enjoyed our time there, nice rooms, hospitality, food. Only thing which was missing was the courtesy of some of the restaurant staff, they were making fun of guests and super delaying in services requested for.

The stay was excellent. Hospitality was amazing. Especially Trupti who helped me drape my saree was the bestest touch of care and definitely hospitable. Little touches if love like the pastries and small surprises made the experience even more special.

Fountain mahabaleshwar was a very relaxing experience. The property is well designed and each room enjoys its own privacy. The staff were extremely humble and friendly. The spa experience was also delightful. Overall i would recommend this stay.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Check in, rooms, food, property, staff everything was just super. Special thanks to front desk manager mr shalin who ensured our stay was made comfortable

It was great experience. It was pet roaming everywhere without any restrictions. I will visit again and again.

Had a excellent stay at this property. Food was great and the hospitality was very good.

Overall stay was comfortable however the duty manager was rude and kept insisting on the gala dinner cover charges which was never informed to us. For a moment felt like a threat on us which is never expected from tata group

We had very comfortable stay. While it’s not huge property, the location is very good. Rooms are very comfortable, good food and trade-mark taj hospitality.

The stay was fabulous with the staff being very hospitable and comforting. It was a great stay with fantastic amenities like swimming pool and excellent sunset view from restaurant.

The place really located in beautiful surrounding and the valley vie was amazing, the spa experience also was a relaxing experience, all the staff and the cleanliness is superb.
