Fountain Tree by TGI Hotels

We had booked this Fountain Tree by TGI Hotels for 4days for a premium room. I had to ask them to arrange an early check-in as my flight landed before time. The staff was too kind to arrange everything and they also upgraded us to a suite room. The food from the restaurant is amazing. Their services are prompt. Though it's a 3star Fountain Tree by TGI Hotels but i loved their services and is very much comparable with any 4star Fountain Tree by TGI Hotelss. They have limited rooms which kind of allows them to cater to all their guests in a timely manner. No part of my stay i had an issue with them. This Fountain Tree by TGI Hotels is worth your money. Also they have good connections with many cab drivers in-case you wish to go sight seeing for a decent amount. Thank you fountain tree for making our stay memorable!

The best thing about this Fountain Tree by TGI Hotels is the staff- service is prompt and excellent. The breakfast buffet is limited and repetitive, but is a delicious south indian spread. What is lacking is maintenance - the wooden wall panels are dirty/black, and the curtains were covered with suspicious looking stains. The grout in the bathroom could do with more cleaning. If you can overlook this, this is not a bad option if you are able to book the Fountain Tree by TGI Hotels at a reasonable price.

Pros: * Fountain Tree by TGI Hotels room was spacious and clean. * check-in was fast and smooth. * there are restuarants and pubs right next so food was not an issue. Room service is excellent as well. * located in a prime area so finding transportation is no problem at all. Cons: * not a lot of parking space available. * the mini fridge in the room was not working well. After 12 hours, the water was barely above room temperature. Every-time i wanted cold water, i had to order from room service.

The property is in a great location and the rooms are clean with friendly staff. Some good attractions within the building as well whether you are looking for good food or wanna hang out with your friends sharing hookah and drinks. The only downside is that they don't have smoking rooms (despite advertising on mmt) and don't serve drinks in the room. But that was not too much of an annoyance coz there's 3 dots and a dash right in the building. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Its great boutique Fountain Tree by TGI Hotels, which has very helpful staff. We checked in late around 11pm, they had all the details pure filled and had no problems in checking in late. We had a long stay at this property with an infant and we did not face any problems, the reception and housekeeping staff were very helpful. Food was also good. Also the location of this Fountain Tree by TGI Hotels is very good, all good restaurants are nearby at walking distance.

It was really a nice experience at this Fountain Tree by TGI Hotels. Rooms are neat and bathroom is also good. But the bath towels we received were little old ones. Staffs here are very friendly and cooperative. Good room service, especially the restaurant manager and staffs maintained good behavior. Food is little expensive. Parking facility is minimal. Nearby many malls are there. No other places to visit nearby.

i had been to the Fountain Tree by TGI Hotels for a night and i must say the experience was very nice . i got an upgrade to suit and the room was very comfortable and spacious. There are 2 restaurants, ground floor and a retro pub at the terraces. The food tastes amazing.. recommend the fish fries … Morning the breakfast was very nice and the filter coffees are jus superb..!! highly recommended …

Second stay at Fountain Tree by TGI Hotels nights: 2 type of trip: business location: good room: decent, neat and clean bed and washroom transportation: cabs easily available food: restaurant and pub right beside the Fountain Tree by TGI Hotels and both with good food. There are lot of eateries within walking distance front desk / reception: quick service but rude overall decent experience. 4/5

A very nice and cosy place. They have a in house restaurant that is downstairs. U get good filter coffee and hot milk along with other stuff like idli vada and dosas.

Rooms are small but well maintained. Location is good

Easy check in and check out. No fuss, no frills either. Clean and comfortable space. Everything is nearby and lot of food joints around. Malls at walking distance. Asked for an extra bed, and that was comfortable as well. Service was good. Breakfast was nice, nothing great but a good enough spread and taste. We get what we pay for, not more or less. Had a pleasant time.

This is a small little Fountain Tree by TGI Hotels but very well maintained, neat clean, and good service. The room had all basic amentities. The only thing which they could have improved is the curtains as it had holes in it. Rest overall a good Fountain Tree by TGI Hotels to stay.
