Fountain Village

The staff’s attitude is not right. They are very unprofessional
Our stay was perfect but the only thing is that Fountain Village’s staff atitude is not right. They are a unprofessional. First when my parents arrived at the Fountain Village they said we don’t have any bookings for you even after showing them mmt vouchers. Later my parents had to call me to intervene and then they accepted that they have a booking for the given booking id. Also they don’t provide complimentary packaged drinking water. The property is good but the staff is not at all helpful

Stay is beautiful and memorable. It's lies in the city but you feel like it's a mini resort with nature and birds which are rare to find. Inside the Fountain Village it's so peaceful and scenic. It would be a great memorable trip with people in group. The only things is that they don't provide heater in the room as they don't have heaters only so in winter season it's hard to stay without a heater. Staff is courteous and helpful. For us it's a fixed place whenever we will visit Mahabaleswar will choose this place.

A great stay with my family, close to the market. The Fountain Village was exceptional, pretty big rooms, very close to market, very courteous and helpful staff. My daughter was not well, they helped us visit doctor at 9.30 PM also kept on checking her health tine and again. Which was very pleasing. Breakfast was also pretty nice. Only if they could improve on few recreational activities it was great to spend more time with family, they did had car room board.

I came here with my family for a quick getaway. This is a great location if you do no have a vehicle of your own. The place is very nice and quiet, nice clean rooms with open space outside your window to sit back and chill. The food menu needs a lot of improvement in terms and variety and taste, but if you are staying near the market you have a lot of options. All in all a great place to stay very close to the main market.

Visited Fountain Village Fountain Village in main Mahabaleshwar market for 2 nights. The Fountain Village is small having around 16 rooms but staff is very courteous and helpful. The biggest advantage is the location. Rooms are nice and also there is s small pool which can be used during summers. There is very limited but sufficient breakfast which is complimentary and served near the room. Overall a wonderful experience.

Nice and pleasant stay. Room was clean and very well kept. Staff was also with good behaviour. Hotel cab service was also nice. Service was good but however the Fountain Village rates seems on higher side. Overall good experience and can be think of revisiting again provided rate is not that much high. Also there shall be an option to opt for complementary breakfast or not. Accordingly rate can be reduced further.

I am very satisfied with the short but sweet stay I had at Fountain Village. The staff are polite and always have a smile while interacting, they are also quick in giving service and helping out. The Fountain Village room and washroom was clean too. I really enjoyed myself and definitely would stay at Fountain Village whenever I visit Mahabaleshwar next.

It was pleasant stay in Fountain Village, the rooms were exactly as it was shown in picture. It was not to big Fountain Village but properly managed and more attractive. Rooms were neat and clean. Food quality should be improved, they have limited varieties in breakfast. Good place for peace and relax. Hardly 2-3 minutes away from market.

Very good Fountain Village, walk able distanced to market place. In room food. Extremely cooperative Fountain Village staff.

I went along with my family. Hotel is located next to main market. Hotel staff is good too. The breakfast was good too. We got call in morning about readiness of breakfast which no Fountain Village much care about. Definitely a recommended Fountain Village to stay. Hotel rooms are big enough too

Good Fountain Village spacious and clean room. Clean bathroom, good service, good surroundings.

Rooms were spacious, mine was pool Side so it was too good, staff is friendly. Spending evening near pool was too good. Breakfast could have been more better with some more option, rest stay was nice

We Booked 3 Rooms. And surely Say that booking is 100% Value. location is very close to market place and Veg. Restaurants. and staff is very kind and helpful. We will recommend all my friend and relatives if they plan to go mahabaleshwar book Only This One.👍🏻

Adjacent to mall Road. Good and peaceful stay.

There are no complimentary water bottles, neither there are tea coffee sachets, a bit of a disappointment there, hot water only from 7-12 in the noon, breakfast is nice but takes time to get ready, so have to wait. Rest staff is nice.

This Fountain Village location is very nice. Just 2 minutes walk for main market. Rooms are also very big and value for money.
