Four Points By Sheraton Jaipur

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Points by Sheraton Jaipur with my family, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The entire team, particularly Pallabi from the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. Pallabi's extended hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Her attentive nature and prompt assistance made a significant difference in our stay. The Four Points By Sheraton Jaipur's amenities, rooms, and services were top-notch, but it's the people that make a Four Points By Sheraton Jaipur truly special. The entire Sheraton team deserves accolades for their exceptional service. Thank you, Pallabi and the Four Points by Sheraton Jaipur team, for creating unforgettable memories! 👍

We had 2 rooms from 9th to the 12 the of oct we were upgraded to club rooms on the 7 floor and were given 2 rooms besides each other since we had 2 kids 7 and 14 years. The expresso machine next to our room helped in the morning even before breakfast. What was nice was that our flight was delayed and we informed the night before and we were allowed to stay free of cost. Thanks for the same. The al cart e for the eatery had king sized servings and was nice to be looked after well during lunch with a staff named karan. Also thanks to the check-in staff whose names i don't remember for the hassle free check-in and checkout.

First time experience and too a memorable one....Best part was the funny Co incidence that the Four Points By Sheraton Jaipur staff who checked me in was very polite and ever smiling and his name too was ANKUSH ..... so it was ANKUSH checking in ANKUSH ( traveled the globe but didn’t find this Co incidence)..... Excellent ambience in the room as well as in the eatery ...... Special Shout out to the Mutton Biryani I had in Dinner .... Must have .......

Stay was comfortable, staff is polite and welcoming, food is tasty and a good spread buffet in both breakfast and dinner. Chef ramavtar and jp were always ready to serve the best food of your choice. Restaurant staff, pankaj, rohit and others provided good service at restaurant. Housekeeping took pain in providing all the requirements attentively. Swimming pool is refreshing and well maintained. Four points provided a value for money stay.

The property is at a nice central location and everything is nearby. The service of each and every department is just excellent. I must put a special mention of Mr. Vinod, Ms. Pallavi and Ms. Anushka who take care of guests superbly. Mr. Subrata helping the guests at the breakfast area is doing a great job. The rooms are big and toilets are really clean. It is a must stay place with family or business trips.

My stay was too good and the staff of this Four Points By Sheraton Jaipur is very cooperative and helpful! i was there with my wife and my 6 months old baby and staff cooperated with the baby food and other stuffs as well! i strongly recommend this place to everyone and location is also prime to romeo around jaipur tourist places!

6th rooms are good but 4th floor rooms not good need work to be done. Overall good place to. Stay. Food in breakfast good spred. Out would ask. Mmt to ask Four Points By Sheraton Jaipur to gi e room to guest booking on mm t 5_6_7 floor. Only. 4. Th have swimming pool. So. U cant keep curtain open for cit h view.

I stayed there from 7 in the evening to 12 in the noon, there was a bit of a smell in the corridor and when we entered the room, it may be due to the rainy season. Room service was quite good, i ordered ice cubes and got them on time. Rooms were well managed and clean. Overall, i liked my stay there.

Hotel is good, clean. But hospitality is very bad. Staff dint listen especially at front desk. No supportive staff.

Beautiful property, very helpful staff, great food, excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean and modern, we enjoyed staying here!

Centrally located and close to the airport which made our stay more enjoyable. Staff courteous and ready to help for all your needs.

The rooms were neat and courteous staff. Hygiene was ensured everywhere including the pool and the breakfast buffet was nice.

The reception was unkept and disappointing, with old chairs, the staff was very courteous, room was good, towels were worn out, bathroom was ok, food was good

Very good location. Food and service at the restaurant was excellent. Rooms are excellent but had frequent trouble with the tv channel selections. Room service brought down the experience as multiple reminders were required and on two occasions the water served (packaged water) was hot.

The property is not on airport road but very near to it and almost in a proper city area. Service is excellent and customer friendly. We got an upgrade to club floor even without asking for.

Location is excellent. Room was very clean, spacious and packed with all the necessary good quality amenities etc. Vast variety in breakfast. Service was par excellence.

Great service by Four Points By Sheraton Jaipur. We reached early and they helped us with early check in. Also room was very clean and the staff was very corporative.
