Four Points by Sheraton Chennai OMR

The stay was satisfactory, and i have previously stayed at several four points sheraton locations. As expected, the amenities were excellent. However, there was a minor issue with the room allocation. I had reserved a room with twin beds but was initially assigned a room with a king-size bed, despite checking in at 12 noon. Later that evening, i noticed an unoccupied room with twin beds next to mine. Despite my request, the staff was hesitant to provide me with the twin-bed room. Fortunately, the manager on duty, mr. Moi n khan, intervened and assisted me in moving to a room with twin beds the following day. I appreciate his support in resolving this matter.

I recently stayed at the sheraton and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The Four Points by Sheraton Chennai OMR is conveniently located. My room was impeccably clean and spacious. The Four Points by Sheraton Chennai OMR's amenities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped fitness center and the beautiful swimming pool. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet was a delightful start to each day. I highly recommend this Four Points by Sheraton Chennai OMR to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I would especially like to thank the front desk representative, mr. Moi n khan for making our stay such a memorable one. We were allowed to check-in early, and receive various other provisions for basically zero cost, again thanks to his caring attitude. He also arranged for us the inclusion of the buffet breakfast and the buffet dinner at a record price. That being said, i would also like to thank the other staff members of the Four Points by Sheraton Chennai OMR establishment who played a vital role towards our hospitality. 10/10, would visit again.

It was a family trip and we reached there early morning. Since the check-in was at afternoon 3 pm, it was going to be more than 8 hrs wait before we could check-in. Luckily they provided us with an early check-in by paying an additional amount in one of the upgraded rooms. This gesture is really appreciated. The 4 star rating is for the same reason. The room quality was below expectation with kettle not working, broken toilet seat, landline not working and no latch on the bathroom door. Breakfast buffet and the staff were polite and courteous.

Though the Four Points by Sheraton Chennai OMR was excellent and correct ambiance within room and outside. The negative points are sufficient size tv but no ott, can't crime cast, can't mirror. Only restricted to watch satellite tv with limited channels for traveller outside region. Staff is multi tasking. No quick response while dialing reception. One person only at reception handling all. No dedicated personal. Rather then agitated i feel sorry for them. Fore points like international brand dis nit expected this.

First i would say i felt very comfortable when i stayed in four points by sheraton chennai, even security also welcoming the customers is really awesome one and very neat and clean i love everything room itself they provided me everything like min u bridge and heater etc. And they located swimming pool at balcony that was also wonderful experience for me, so guys if your planning to stay room in chennai as a couple or family or bachelor's u all can choose this Four Points by Sheraton Chennai OMR

Hotel location is good. Room is neat and clean. Food quality is excellent but limited variety in buffet. Service is also excellent. I have requested that we have to leave the Four Points by Sheraton Chennai OMR at 6 in morning and we are unable to attend buffet breakfast and if can provide us packed breakfast than it will be helpful. On my request they have provided us packed breakfast having sandwiches and froots. I will surely prefer this Four Points by Sheraton Chennai OMR next time also.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the staff during my stay. A special thanks to mr. Madhan for his assistance with parking our cars, and to mr. Bhaskar for his support with housekeeping. I also want to acknowledge the entire housekeeping team for maintaining clean rooms and ensuring we had everything we needed. Additionally, i appreciate the front desk staff for facilitating a smooth check-in process. Your collective efforts made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

Location and ambiance is good. Rooms are very nicely done. family friendly. Dinner starters etc was more of compromise as no buffet layout is available. Breakfast is excellent. Amenities and service 👍

The room was clean, spacious and well-equipped. All the Four Points by Sheraton Chennai OMR staff were professional, polite and helpful. We had a comfortable stay at four points.

We got upgraded to a bigger room the stay was good and the food was good as well the stay was again good

This time lot of problems, i m pure vegetarian, they put veg sign on non veg item. When i start eating they informed this is mistake. Another day there was egg shell in parotha

Location is good. But property is quite old, age is apparent on the face. Facilities are ok. Breakfast is good. Rooms are quite small.

It's located near sholingalnalur and it's has a great stay in great fare. Do recommend it for a hassle free stay

The team at the Four Points by Sheraton Chennai OMR was very polite and helpful. The room was pretty decent and good size. The linen quality can be looked at, needs a change badly. Linen looks pretty old and tattered. All requests were met with a smile and addressed immediately
