From the moment we stepped into the Four Points by Sheraton New Delhi Airport, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay. However, the standout highlight of our visit was the exceptional service provided by shubam at the bar lounge. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I was already impressed before i even got to my room. Evenings at the bar lounge was amazing. Shubam, the bartender, not only demonstrated his impressive mixology skills but also went above and beyond to ensure that our evening was nothing short of extraordinary. His expert knowledge of cocktails and his ability to create custom drinks to suit my wife's taste were truly remarkable. What set shubam apart was his genuine enthusiasm and his desire to make every guest feel special. He took the time to engage in friendly conversation and recommend local attractions. All and all a great stay - i will be looking to explore more properties of four points during my travels.

It was our second visit to the trip with our entire family. The property is situated within delhi itself so a reasonable drive from noida. The area is vast with lush greenery all around and an open swimming pool catering to adults as well as children. A surprise element for kids are a few swings hung under the tree right after you enter the property our little one enjoyed a lot there. The rooms are spacious with garden view and all necessary amenities. The food is amazing with lavish buffets. The best part of the property is the hospitality of their staff. The first time we visited, they sent special treats for our little girl as complements. This time we got a free upgrade. The staff is always eager to help. If you are going with a toddler rest assured you will get enough assistance whenever required. A great place to spend the weekend with kids and family that too at a reasonable pricing.

Staff are very disturbing and annoying, they were pestering for review when we were having our breakfast. It could wait till we have finished our breakfast. Secondly we checked in twice on alternate days as we visited agra in between. Both the days we checked in late & on our second stay we checked in after 11. 30 pm. Since my daughter was not well we extended our stay the staff started to pestering us about the vacating time. Though they got the extra payment for our 4 hours extended stay _ half of the previously booked amount the pestering continued till the end. (total 19 hours stay) was not pleasant. First time experiencing in sheraton chain of Four Points by Sheraton New Delhi Airports.

The stay in four points was overall a good experience. There was nothing really over the top or anything bad, it was alright. The four star property was clean, food tastes good one draw back no outside beverage or food allowed inside the property we were told that 24/7 in house food service is available but half of the things were not available even when they were on the 24/7 food menu. Rooms were a little small i felt. It gave more of a 3 star feel than a 4 star. There are no bathtubs in the property in any category room. As per delhi standard this property is reasonable.

The stay was very comfortable the buffet spread was high on taste and variety

Staff at the frontdesk were very pleasant and welcoming. Room was also good with welcoming sweets. Enough amenities were provided in the room. The pool view was fantastic. Adequate choices of food for buffet breakfast with positive attitude and refreshing staff attending guests. Even-though we had only one night stay with late checkin and early check out, we enjoyed our stay with you. Sheraton

We had a 2 day stay at the Four Points by Sheraton New Delhi Airport. It is located very close to airport and the staff was very helpful. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We shall prefer to stay at the same property in future as well.

Had a comfortable stay at 4 points sheraton. Liked the location. Staff was polite and cooperative. Food choice was decent with a little scope of improvement.
