Very poor customer service. No toilet roll in lobby. Breakfast was average. No foot drying towel, we paid same price for room at Taj Landsend which had far superior service. WiFi worked well.

When I checked into the hotel, the room did not have any towels which any hotel normally has and had to call for the same. I was staying in the hotel with my junior and noticed that the bathroom had an opaque glass bathroom partition without any blinds for privacy while bathing. When this was pointed out to the hotel staff with a request to install the blinds or shift us to a room where the said blinds were installed, the reply of the staff was none of the rooms have any blinds. We had then to switch off the bathroom lights while bathing and bathe in the dark. This was very unfortunate particularly in a 5 star hotel.

This is one of the best hotel in Viman Nagar area of Pune. the girl has all the amenities and takes special care for the comfort of its guests. I stay here almost 4 days every month. and this is my first choice whenever I am in pune

The Location of the hotel is good. However, the room decor, amenities etc were not up to the mark. I had to call people from different departments to fix things, which they should have done before I checked in. I checked in to one of the high category rooms. The staff at the reception were also not very helpful.

Executive Suite and Spa - Totally worth it.

Our experience with Four Points was amazing. We did hit a bit of a snag when we checked in. Our booked room - the executive suite - wasn’t available during our checkin. We were able to check into our suite only the next day. However, the hotel staff compensated really well for us missing out on one day of our experience. They gave us additional discounts on the Spa and Food to compensate for the miss out. Overall, a wonderful stay. Would definitely come back and would highly recommend booking the suite room.
