The check in process was smooth, the check in staff was helpful and upgraded my room to pool view on request. The ameneties was provided within the room and had no problem during my entire stay. On the first day, i went to the restaurant for brunch and the food was good. There was lot of variety in the dishes and the taste was appropriate for north indians too. The breakfast was included within my booking and the service and courtiousness of the staff was excellent. The service was quick and my entire stay was very comfortable. I was not expecting this however, it exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommended property in pune. The location- it is easy to find as it is on the main road. But there is no noise of the traffic inside the stay - i had booked the suite, so for me the room was luxurious and comfortable. Found some hair on the bed sheet but it was immediately changed by the staff the food - the food is very good. Quality food with good taste. The spread could have been better i. E. There is a scope of putting more food items in the buffet. But never the less, food was good service - they gave excellent service. From the reception, restaurant, house keeping. Everyone was very hospitable and helpful. If the Four Points By Sheraton Hotel And Serviced Apartments lacks anything, the quality of service makes up for it!

Rooms are comfortable the staff is nice and helpful. But i experienced something strange at the middle of the night i was awakened by noises in the other room and had to be shifted to another room. There was a security person who came and checked about the noise and then offered me to shift. This was not expected at the first place. The stay was uncomfortable because of this experience. My next day also got affected because of the inconvenience. It made me uneasy. I would suggest them to change design of the false ceiling that amplifies the noise in the other room. Room dining experience was good. Food quality is also good.

The staff is very helpful and accommodating and they go out of their way to make everything pleasant. The breakfast spread is delicious and fresh and they change up the menu slightly everyday. The property is done very beautifully and is located at a walking distance to phoenix mall and other eateries. The airport is basically 5 minutes. They automatically gave me a room upgrade which i loved but the only thing missing was a smart tv.

The property is very good. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was really good, especially the a loo paratha. We had also opted for dinner buffet, and it was yum. The only thing that was found a bit of an issue was the plug points in the room didnt fit any of my chargers (particularly the one next to the bed. Many of the sockets were inappropriate. Hope the management looks into this and have them replaced. Overall a good experience.

I stayed just for a night, on business. The rooms were spacious, large and well equipped. The food and drinks were also good. Service was excellent.

The staff was excellent - very warm and welcoming from the start and catered to every request. I asked for a fork because my zomato order did not include cutlery, and the staff has no problem arranging for a fork to be delivered to my door. The breakfast was awesome every morning. The room itself was great - and the cleaning staff did an excellent job maintaining it. 10/10.

The stay was good. The location is right next to main road and airport so it was very easy to access. The service was excellent specially they provided us with breakfast for the kid as we checked out early morning

The front desk was amazing they extended early check in and the whole process was great and their hospitality was outstanding

The location of the property is near to the airport and it takes hardly 10 mins from airport to reach there. The colleague at the reception also gave me an upgrade. Rooms are good and are clean. Staff behaviour was very courteous and the breakfast had a good spread. Overall a very good experience and i would recommend this for others as well.
