The stay was very comfortable. It was our first trip to Jaipur city. Tourist attractions in Jaipur were easy to reach from the hotel. We stayed for 4 days. shocked to find mosquitos & insects in washroom, towels & bathrobe were too old & smelly, needs immediate replacement. Restraunt at break fast time was too crowded, chairs with no cushioning/old stuff, food quality was poor. No responsible caretaker at poolside, towel was not provided inspite of asking.

I am truly sorry to hear about the inconveniences you experienced with the cleanliness of the washroom, condition of towels and bathrobes, as well as the crowded restaurant and poolside service. Upon being informed about the mosquitoes, immediate measures including repellents were applied to address the issue. Regarding the restaurant, breakfast hours can be very busy, especially when we are sold out, which sometimes leads to crowding—please accept our apologies for any discomfort caused. Concerning the pool area, we would like to clarify that there is no attendant available at the poolside, and this information is displayed clearly on the billboard in the pool area. We apologize if this caused any inconvenience during your visit, and we regret the delay in providing towels despite your request. Your concerns about towels, bathrobes, and overall service have been shared with the relevant departments for prompt action.
