Four seasons

Stay: the facility was new so room/bathroom were very neat, clean and upto standards. Location: on main road velankanni just besides morning star church. Very walkable to the main basicilia and other places. Restaurants, buststand within 1km. Hotel has their own restaurant which is little bit expensive. But the food was good and tasty. Overall loved the stay. Only dislike: we had requested a late checkout on mm t as we had checked in almost 8 hours late as our train was scheduled to arrive in evening and while leaving our train was late in night. We were denied late checkout saying if we would have booked directly and not through mm t they give 24hr check out from time of arrival. So it was a bad experience there and we had to pay a day's fare extra to extend around 7 hours. So we were wondering why the indifference if we have booked online and not directly. Mm t customer care also did not respond after multiple request for a call back.

The Four seasons is conveniently located near the church. Parking was available. Rooms were clean and spacious ( i booked a four bedded room. The staff were very polite and helpful. However, i felt that the following improvements could have been made as this is not a budget Four seasons they should have provided a kettle and coffee/tea facilities at the room. We need to go out for a bed coffee aa the restaurant is not open in the morning. The restaurant is available only from lunchtime which should be open from morning. Hope the management will consider this before my next stay.

My stay at four seasons Four seasons in vailankani was amazing. very clean Four seasons. cleanliness matters to people who like everything clean. Nearby to vailankani shrine just walk able distance of 5 mins to the vailankani shrine from Four seasons. The place is on the main road. many restaurants around, auto or taxi is easily available. I enjoyed my stay with my family 👪. The Four seasons staff is nice and helpful.

Room were clean check-in was smooth we came 5 hours late but they kept the room ready for us with basic amenities, water for water was also good and RO water, breakfast voucher they given while check-in and we used in restaurant and food was also good taste and only veg restaurant, but non-vegetarian restaurant are near by the Four seasons. Overall good experience.

Hotel is walkable distances from railway station and backside of the Four seasons only church is present so easy access to all places and center, rooms are neat and clean with basic amenities they provide value for money we pay, staffs are more helpful and kind. Restaurant food and breakfast was also tasty food. I recommend this to stay at Velankanni.

Great experience of luxury at reasonable price. New looking rooms, well maintained,good amenities, helpful staff, Nice restaurant. The concern and care from Four seasons manager Mr.Goutham was much appreciable. He identified us before we could introduce and helped us to arrange food late night. A very happy short stay.

Decent room size, clean room, with a basic bathroom . Proximity to the church is an advantage that they have due to which their prices are higher is my guess… Price is a bit steep compared to the amenities they offer, but otherwise a budget Four seasons… don’t go with much expectations and you will not be disappointed

The rooms were neat and clean, bathroom was very clean and bed spread were also clean too. Stayed with family for 1 day close to the church staffs were friendly one of the best Four seasons in Velankanni with required amenities and excellent in house restaurant very tasty food prepared, car parking was spacious.

Very good house keeping and very good respond from the management and staff.

Clean rooms and worth of money given and food quality is good and visit again.

We had a family stay, we felt so comfort and nearby to churches. And food is very good and reasonable rate. Highly preferable and bit costly stay.

Very good Four seasons to stay close to church . Nice ambiance and very clean and clear water it's one of positive in Four seasons is water is good , only veg food and it was also very good, staff was very helpful.

4. The room could have been better if a fridge was provided

Neat and clean rooms with all facilities, very good Four seasons, staffs and services is good stay. Food was also good and hygienic highly recommended.

The property is close to the church location, the food in the restaurant is excellent, and hygiene & safety are as per international standards. The staff members were personable.
