Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai

Faced slight difficulty during room allotment as some rooms were newly constructed and had paint smell. Staff was helpful but didn’t understand issue properly until later when someone senior got involved. Very courteous sinq restaurant staff and rooftop bar is a great experience. Rooms are a bit boxy so had to upgrade a category. In room dining service was very good but sometimes orders were delayed or tea etc was sent cold. Although staff made sure any complaint was resolved immediately or compensated by kind gestures. Lot of new and young staff as first point of contact so they sometimes don’t know exactly what to do or resolve things

The Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai itself is amazingly well-maintained with a wonderful and homely atmosphere. The staff here are incredibly friendly and hospitable, and they attend to your needs and requests with professional courtesy. The rooms are of a very high standard with all the usual amenities you'd expect from a luxurious Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, and everything is kept clean and fresh.

The Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai was located in prime location with all amenities and luxury facilities. We enjoyed gym, steam bath, jacuzzi and swimming pool at 3rd floor and san qi breakfast. It was such a memorable and enjoyable experience. Hotel staff was polite and co operative. Hotel was neat and clean. The food was delicious. The amenities provided in the Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai was excellent. The lift was locked for other floors i. E. Only upu can go on the floor for which key is issued.

staying and four seasons was a wonderful experience ! every small needs and wishes were taken care of ! extremely co operative staff and very friendly people ! i just had to ask them for few favours and they were done ! thank you for making my stay so memorable couldn't have a better experience!. i requested for a special note with my food and they did it ! i asked for something in particular from the spa staff, generally no one would manage that , but they did ! thank you 💞

Good stay with some inconvenience though. The tv inside the bedroom wasn’t working and even after requesting to fix that a couple times at the reception the technician didn’t show up until 3 hours. There was no hot water in the morning due to some repair work going inside the Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai. The size of the room and bathroom was really nice, great view, and quality products. Overall a great stay with some inconvenience.

This Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai is pretty standard 5* place, even on the simpler side and more inconvenient location than other 5* Four Seasons Hotel Mumbais. Nothing much within walking distance, the area might not be the best if you go plan to go walk around the Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai sorrounding areas. Rooms are pretty great, but without discounts nearby properties offer much better value and experience.

The lobby and breakfast dining structure is not the best surely against competition but the service quality and room and the room sizes are absolutely fantastic. They offer a service on whatsapp and its just the most brilliant thing. We had a great stay and were highly impressed with the service. Location is great too!

Hello make mu trip four season Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai i had taken a stay last night i had a wonderful sleep and its so good staff are so humble and polite one of the best stay i ever had frm last few days and the best is cleaning its so neat and hyzine thank you. Nothing more its fine and clear

Superb place to stay and relax. Restaurant food is delicious and staff is kind and attentive. Location is accessible and convenient for one day. Aer was closed for renovations. Hope to see it operational soon.
