Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai

I always enjoy staying at Four Seasons. The warmth and genuine care shown by the Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai staff reminds me of The Taj. The newly renovated rooms are lovely. The layout is great with a separate dressing room for your luggage, and a large bathroom. The bed is all about comfort, with a plethora of pillows. Midnight blue wallpaper, a plush carpet, padded slippers, a well curated mini bar, and a coffee machine for that shot of espresso-the list of good things is long!

The room, service and behavioral aspects of the experience were top class. It is under renovation and hence both lobby and breakfast arrangements did not live up to my expectations of the brand. I understand that this is specific to renovation and will use the Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai again.

The stay was good. The pillows uncomfortable. Other than the reception desk staff and the security staff who were very professional the remaining floor level staff and those outside should learn to be more polite, less intrusive, polite and professional.

The property is situated in a very good location and is one of the best 5 star properties in mumbai. The staff is extremely courteous, helpful and polite. The service is par excellence and most importantly the rooms are extremely spacious

It was a great great stay, was really grateful for all the efforts made to make me feel at home and tend to my needs. Especially yasar, he was genuinely very nice and a great help in co-ordinating and in general taking care.

The stay was really great, staff was too polite and welcoming. Food was excellent and they have a rooftop bar called aer which has a great vibe and servers great food and drinks.

The Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai is centrally located. The staff were courteous and the staff at the reception were efficient ; the food was excellent and the room was very good.

Their rates are very unreasonable. I have completed more then 200 nights in last 2 years. But contract signed with me isn't honored.
