FOUR SEASONS RESORTS

We had stayed for two nights at 4 seasons, mulshi. The overall experience was quite good. Location of FOUR SEASONS RESORTS, view of the valley from room and food was very good. Received very warm courtesy and welcome from FOUR SEASONS RESORTS and restaurant staff like mr. Somnath, mr. Vipin, mr. Govinda & mr. Deepak. On negative side, behaviour of one staff, mr. Raju in restaurant was not at all good. Similar complaint we heard about him from other guests who had come for lunch. This is not at all expected in a FOUR SEASONS RESORTS business and proper training needs to be given. Otherwise this will create boas impression on guests.

So we had a two night stay at this FOUR SEASONS RESORTS and it was great their rooms are very clean and everything is so well maintained the restaurant offers great food also if you can go for free breakfast rooms they allow you to choose anything from the menu and the taste is great the staff were so polite and courteous the only improvement there can be is they should add uv lights for flies as the location is surrounded by nature there were flies which bothered us but when asked to clean and help us clear them the staff was very helpful about it must choose this FOUR SEASONS RESORTS for your stay at mulshi pune

Stayed in the suite room for 2 nights. Includes breakfast which was okay-ish, the options in the buffet could be increased, like there was no option to go for omelette or dosa, was told a-la-carte order isn't possible when buffet is there! room was very spacious and comfortable. Huge proper king size bed, rather small sized balcony. Tv size could be bigger considering the length of the room, 42" tv is a must for that distance. Room service was quick and efficient. Lot of electricity issues, but that's not the resorts fault, they do have generator backup (for all appliances, like ac, tv, etc.

A good place to stay, easy to locate on main road. Ample parking. Open area and play area for kids. Reception area is good with nice sofas and chandeliers. Rooms are near clean. Bathroom is good with nice towels. We had bathtub and balcony too, with a view of dam. Staff is helpful. Swimming pool is big enough to enjoy. Food is excellent, seating is ample and many options. Food items and drinks also excellent. Only reason to give 1 star less is that though name says it's not four seasons brand FOUR SEASONS RESORTS

It was really pleasant experience staying at four season resort. We booked suite room and it was quite spotless & spacious. Special thing was amazing couple bathtub. Other things liked, terrace with mountain view & 2 swiming pools. Adult+baby pool. All staff members were polite & supportive. Food quality was good but expensive. We really enjoyed & had fun at the resort! suggestion- it would be great if indoor & outdoor games/ activity will be added in future.

Four seasons is a budget friendly property with good rooms & view, especially from suites. They have a nice pool & restaurant. It's not a full fledged resort, yet it will give you a good vibe of a resort. This property is still getting developed & with some enhancements can quote premium rates. Food is good & room are spacious. Suite rooms have big bath tubs, which is really good for kids to play. Overall a really nice & fresh experience.

Visited this play at the time of monsoon and had a grit time with my family. Room was clean and beautiful. Food was nice and quantity was perfect for 2 people. Swimming pool was well maintained and had warm water which made it perfect for the awesome climate around. Staff was polite. Overall a perfect experience. Some part is still under construction but it wont affect your stay and this would be a grit property in coming days.

It was pleasure to stay at four seasons resort. Food at restaurant was awesome. Even if you don't stay at resort, do go to restaurant to have food. There is a point just in front of resort owned by 4resorts for camping, it's worth a visit to view lovely scenery. Service was fast as we visited on friday. It was worth one visit. Do go and n joy lovely resort. Please try suite room as it has balcony with lovely view.

Nice FOUR SEASONS RESORTS amenities, swimming pool, bath tub restaurant is little coastlier. Neet increase kids playing tools, facilities

It was a neat and clean room, we had booked suite with private swimming pool, which was amazing, food was great and breakfast menu was perfect

It is a neat and clean place, value for money, awesome location, service staff is very cooperative. Food is good too although limited varierty. The blue glazed tiles and marble on entrance gets slippery during rainy days. Need to replace them with non-slippery tiles or add the non skippery mat over it.

The greenery around the resort - paddy fields and nature's beauty makes the resort scenic. The rooms are clean and spacious with good ambience. Wi-fi is available for connectivity. Bathroom could have partition. The restaurant provides good service and tasty food. Jain food was served. Nice and quiet place to relax. The resort is away from the city yet easily approachable.

We had gone with 2 babies of less than 1 year old. The staff was cooperative. Kitchen chef was fully understanding person and gave exactly as we needed.

It's small but good. Some points to improve here and there but overall a great stay. The staff is really really great and knows how to treat guests. Food is great except for sea food.

First and foremost, this is not four seasons chain of FOUR SEASONS RESORTSs. Having said that, there was no deficiencies in the services offered. Rooms are very good. They have a place to truck and enjoy the scenic beauty along with mulshi dam-view

It was a great stay. We had great time in swimming pool and recreational games were also there. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Serving drinking water in plastic bottles should be avoided. In the room fridge (refrigerator) is a must.
