it's very poor experience pool is under maintenance restaurant was not opening lift is not working properly and when I was booking for trip not updated it otherwise I will never plan my trip. it's very bad experienceI have kid and I was very travelling.

Resturent, swiming pool, room service no avilable in this hottel. i booked this hottel for some fecilities. but totly frod

location is good its on road & have swimming pool , but swimming pool water not clean not have water motor filter , its look like rain water harvesting.rooms are big & good but bedsheets & pillow cover not clean , toilet big but not clean smell like public toilet. I recommend not to stay

We Booked 2 golden deluxe room 1 week ago. But when we reached to hotel, room was not ready. They took 30 minutes to clean the room and it's very frustrating when you are travelling for 6/7 hours. Room: Room is not so good but average. if you turn off the AC, room floor will be damp. there will be water always over room floor. Food: Restaurant food quantity and quality was good. no complaints. Room service: Good but not best

All is good, food, location but the swimming pool needs to be maintained (Some fungal found). Food service is also good. 🙂

• Food quality was third-class and unhygienic. • No basic amenities were provided: no handwash, no shampoo, no soap in the bathroom. • No hot water facility despite being a standard requirement. • Bathroom was in a stinking condition. • Curtains were not properly fitted and overall housekeeping was extremely poor.

Additionally, I noticed that the swimming pool area lacked proper precautions – anyone could enter without appropriate swimwear or supervision, which raises safety and hygiene concerns. In my opinion, the hotel does not meet the quality standards expected at this price range.

Hi Team, Thanks for the message. I would like to share my honest feedback about my stay. The room was quite small compared to the price charged, and the quality didn't match the cost. The bathroom was also not up to standard and could have been better maintained. I was booked a room for 2 days with breakfast and lunch included. But the Food was just Horrible. Very Bad quality of Lunch. Just like road side Thali even worse than that. Stale and very small size fish. No buffet breakfast and lunch. On their mercy you will get food that also horrible, after full advance payment. Kitchen was run by 2 only Shubhankar and one more. We had to leave today with out breakfast because they can start it by 10. So I would suggest to recover from Hotel atleast Half of the Bad Food cost which I have paid in full in advance. And may reembursed / refund to me. I felt completely in terms of Food Quality. Hope MMT will look into it and take necessary action against Four Square Holidayz and arrange to refund some of the Food Cost.

Property location is good. Located at main road, easily accessible from station and bus stand. Beach is nearby. Good for family stay, staff behavior and food quality was good. Property was neat and clean just the rooms need to be maintained a bit from inside.

It was a dream stay, beyond our expectations, with beautiful surroundings" or "This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had; I will definitely stay here again". 

Something okay at this price however room AC could be better few rooms have good amenities and few have the worst. However the hotel people have made this system to differentiate. according to the price range it is okay for a set of friends and couples need to check for amenities before accepting the room

Toilet was lack of cleanliness and attention to detail is quite disappointing. and Room not clean, It significantly affects the overall experience and comfort of the stay.

Very bad experience. Airconditioner was not working properly. Bedsheet and pillow cover were very dirty. Hotel management gave me a room at extreme back side of the building. There was nothing to see from balcony but had to see bags of full of empty bottles and garbage. There was an iron made temporary staircase next to the rooms window.The hotel authorities did not give me another room despite asking. I felt lack of security while taking my family. Good thing the breakfast was very good and staff's behaviour was also very good

hotel is in proper new digha It is on the main road all the transportation are available. parking passage is good

Wonderful staff ,nice location but the thing is owner doesnt want to spent money on maintenanace We had a good time
