Checkin process was very bad- have to wait for more than 10 minutes. Room was very small, AC was not working properly, maintenance is not happening to AC. Washroom was very clean and neat.

Very poorly maintained hotel, though the staff are courteous. Breakfast is provided poorly, never opt for it. Basic necessities like Soap, liquid soap, toothpaste etc are not available. No foot mats next to bed, no kettle for hot water, no coffee or tea sachets available. The worse thing is there is no proper hot water for bath, and very less water pressure. Overall an uncomfortable stay.

I stayed in the fourth floor for 4 nights and 3 days. Room was new and clean. No problems with the room. Ac was working. Water was always available. The intercomm system never worked. No restaurant. Eateries open after 12 noon. Many a times, there was no one in the reception. Room service was really poor. Last day the lift stopped working. Worst of all, during check out no one was available in the reception early morning and i had to leave the room keys in the reception table.
