I had booked this hotel with paying after seeing very good photos and review but the room is very dirty,walls have not painted properly,water in the walls,room space is very compact,wash room comod shower is not having pressure of water,TV is giving abnormal sound,loose wires in the room,main door is jam.a bunch of problems I faced.serious problem is that after many complaints to property there was no solution.

The stay was overall average. In the bathroom, there was a sewage problem due to which every time we would open the tap it would clog up. The landline in the room was not working. Staff were great.

The hotel was completely disappointing. The photos online were misleading. The staff was rude, and the food was terrible—especially the spoiled tea that cost ₹100. Their driver overcharged us, took us to his own shop for commission, and ruined our market visit.

Foxoso Agra Hotel is economically good with basic amenities. In room Dining and food options in the Menu are not available when asked. Support staff is good.

Food is good but no parking facility at property, facility and services was not upto the mark..no kid play area .

I made my bookings through Makemytrip. It was a hassle free experience in booking. The hotel itself was very good. Mahi, Khrishna & Shyam were very helpful in sorting out all my issues. The staffs responded promptly and were very helpful. The food served are very good as compared to many hotel. Overall, the value of the hotel as compared to the budget they charge is very reasonable and serves beyond the normal thing you get in Agra.

Hotel location was good, breakfast was ok, rooms are of good size, few things I didn’t like such as towels were smelly, no hanger for clothes in the bathroom, soap dispenser was not refilled, the other room was not ready completely, water bottles and coffee maker was used and not cleaned afterwards

Lunch food were not acceptable,we ordered something but they offered different after 15minuts,TV not working, extra water bottle charged Rs50+GST, Home service was not acceptable,too late service.

earlier they gave me rooms without window. in bookings , it was mentioned premium room , i need to check what Is definition of premium?Welcome, drink, also served after I have demanded. Wi-Fi was not working. I need to connect TV from my mobile .service was also not good. There was issue with TV. Hence I called four times to reception. post with the person has come.

It is good for staying. No noise for distance from market. but from roof taj & fort clear view. Food quality is not good. service is very good.

location is gd and staffs are also good food is tasty and spicy loved it. Easy to trace. while searching and asking with Google and auto driver is easily traceable. services are also good all facilities are good. Next visit also I prefer this hotel

We had a comfortable stay at Foxoso Taj View Hotel, Agra. The location of the hotel is good, very close to railway stations and major attractions. The rooms are clean and spacious and the food was good. Our room was on the top floor and there was some issue with the hot water supply. Apart from this everything else was nice. PS: Local auto drivers were not familiar with the name "Foxoso Taj View Hotel". They refer to it as "Sun Hotel".

location was good but services were little slow amenities were less there was no gyser in bathroom which is a basic requirement which a customer will need during stay i had to litterly prepare hot water from kettle in my room for bath,the only thing which was good was the food it was really tasty and the behivour of the restro boy was good..all over it was ok ok stay as I was expecting a little more good after booking suite room.

Hotel was good and room was ok but no TV operational no recharge was done. Otherwise decent stay.

property location is good easy to go anywhere.Food and services are excellent and specially cleaning is good.
