Foxoso Taj View Agra

I stayed at this property for three nights, and what stood out the most was the hospitality. The entire team was warm, cooperative, and eager to assist, which made the stay pleasant. Positives: Great Hospitality: The staff was courteous and helpful, especially the reception team during check-in. Convenient Location: Most important places in Agra are accessible within 15-20 minutes. Areas for Improvement: Room Maintenance & Cleanliness: The property is a bit old, and issues like air conditioning, hot water availability, and washroom cleanliness need attention. Food & Availability: The in-room dining experience was average. While the food was neither great nor bad, some items listed on the menu were unavailable, which was disappointing. Overall, the service and staff make up for some of the shortcomings, but better maintenance and improved food availability would enhance the experience.

It was a very pleasant and memorable stay. Location is good. Food specially the breakfast ( included in the tariff) was nice. Hotel amenities was excellent. Specially, the behavior of staffs was very polite and decent. The view of Tajmahal from the rooftop was unforgettable.

The staff was very courteous. Mahi was a very good host and helpful. Sonu Sharma was excellent and saw to it that we had we ate well and fed us everything hot & fresh. Full marks to him.

Stay was good, room was clean & food was very yummy served by Mr. Sonu Sharma, best hospitality by him. Taj view was great from room balcony & terrace.
